I ordered through the KFC app for delivery. Something happened with the delivery through DoorDash. My order was picked up by a “DoorDasher” who was not involved in my order. The manager Kelly really helped us out and remade our order. She was great to deal with even though her KFC was also prey to the DoorDash snafu. I am very thankful that our KFC came through for us. They always have great food and service! I want to thank Kelly above all for helping us today.

I love this KFC location their chicken is awesome but it can be juicy. I love their mashed potatoes, gravy, mac and cheese, coleslaw, fries, biscuits and everything i had there.

I don’t know what it is about this location but I am almost always missing food. I am sick of having to drive back to have it corrected. It is often fries missing out of our tender meals as was today’s online order. Please do better. Done giving them my money.

Called for a grub hub order. Food was cooked when ordered but grub hub took over an hour to pick up my food. By the time I got my food my chicken had been cooked over an our by that point. Serve safe and safe food handling say once chicken had been cooked it needs to be served within an hour or it can get salmonella. When I called the store they were extremely rude to me and admitted to me they are too busy to make sure they are serving safe food to their customers. Admitted basically we dont care if you get sick we just dont have the time to make sure your food is safe. Absolutely terrible and they will get somebody if not multiple people sick. I will be calling the health department on them.

I waited inside 15 minutes without getting help at the counter without being noticed then I decided then we left and got into drive through and waited another 10 minutes outrageous

Clean, great staff. Ordered extra crispy chicken beasts, both were minimally coated with batter. You could see the meat lol. Not worth the cost

Went there on my lunch break. I only have 30 minutes. Went to 8 :30. I left there at 8:55, ordered Three pieces of chicken and a biscuit. The service was terrible. I got two small pieces of tenders and a biscuit. They never gave me my money back and never apologized and never did anything. All they can say is I didn't do your order I paid $7.29 left with nothing. Never go there again I was so hungry I had to wait till I left work

Dunes in with my wife on a Sunday. Ordered 5 piece with mash potatoes and Cole slaw. Chicken was greasy and felt half cooked the mash potatoes were gross and cold and the only thing that was worth anything was the cole slaw. Super disappointed and will not be back at all

Edit: KFC called me after I made a formal complaint and were very nice and apologetic. Offered me a $15 credit and said they would talk with staff. I really appreciate it because it made that day pretty crap.
OG story: Literally said 3 min wait. 20 min later…… like get your stuff together. Didn’t even get my biscuit. Worse KFC I’ve been to in a minute.

KFC is having a great Tueafay deal where you get 8 pieces of dark meat for $10. Their chicken (original or crispy) is DELICIOUS! And there are no other purchases required so you get out the door at $10.60 in MI.

The pot pie was one of the best that I've ever had. It rivals my sisters homemade pot pie. Most pies from kfc are a bit on the dry side. This one had the perfect amount of sauce/gravey and was seasoned extremely well. Please make sure you always keep the employee that made them today. 😋😋😋❤️
