the employee videoing up a lady dress and it not being dealt with is irresponsible and disgusting! The employee and the manager who was rude to the poor lady and didn't believe her (even after she caught him doing it, saw the video and he admitted to it) they should both be fired! DO BETTER!
Can’t find any normal people to work at Kroger? Why would you ever have a blue and green haired manager?! The way she handled the situation with the kid filming up the ladies dress was wrong. I will never shop at howell Kroger again.

Ordered over $500 in groceries. Called to assure no issues with the large order. The girl told me no issues everything would be ready on time. Revived call and text at 4:38 order was ready come get it. I called back and confirmed and the gal said yes all set, come get it. Pulled up at 4:55, checked in and the received a text that there was a delay. Order would not be ready until 6 or 7.
Each time we have shopped at your store in Howell there are at least 5-10 people without masks (INCLUDING at times employees). Masks are not enforced and it’s very disappointing. We used to love your store before Covid hit- now it’s as if you simply don’t care about the health and safety of your customers.
Finally returned cans at Kroger. Could only return certain flavors of Kombucha because the machines wouldn’t take some. When I asked them to count the ones not going through the machines, they said it wasn’t “safe” to touch the other flavors and the machines had to accept them. I asked why would they even sell “dangerous” flavors of Kombucha in the first place. Refused to give me the $ they charged me for the deposit aka STEALING. Then, they proceeded to pick the Covid covered, dangerous flavors out of the machines to hand them to me!!! And touched everything in the bottle return area!! 2020 really hurts to be a critical thinker and am refusing to give anymore business to people that are knowingly selling Covid covered bottles of Kombucha!!
Kroger. Take a hike. You had no problem selling beverages and charging $.10 a can. Today you pissed me off only cashing out $25 when my wife was with me. Should have gave us each $25 or the whole $60. That is high school childish krap. Never shopping there again.
I was thrilled by friendly staff & all my items being in stock. Kroger needs to allow Tipping!

We absolutely love this store! Our family is vegan, and I eat gluten free as well, and this Kroger consistently offers such a delightful variety of items to fill our pantry and refrigerator! From zevia natural soda to Lorens gluten free vegan cookies, there are even healthy treats my kids rave about! All in our cute small town. Thank you, Kroger, for making shopping for my family less stressful and for not making me drive to Ann Arbor for vegan sour cream! We are forever fans!!
order groceries online with a pickup time of between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. I get there at 5:10 p.m. and they told me it was going to be at least 30 more minutes, which told me they hadn't even started because I didn't have that many items. second time in less than a week I have had a problem with this Kroger. other was with Pharmacy, which had to order my medication and was told I would be called when it was ready. never called walk-in to see about picking it up and they had never failed it once the order came into the store then told me I needed to wait at least 20 minutes for them to prepare it, in the meantime once it was done and sitting waiting for me they still help for other people before calling me back up to pick it up
I tried Kroger one more time on prescriptions. They completely failed me. I waited 30 minutes last night, they confirmed that my prescription was due to be filled, and we stayed in town to get it filled. We drove to get it (there was an error on the prescription and they said they called to get that fixed), and they informed us it was too early, that they understood we were driving 3 hours away and that there was an error on the prescription and that it was now too late to drive to the doctor's office to get it corrected, and they essentially told us it was our problem and too bad. Now, I have to go off my critical medications during the middle of our trip, or not leave ;( . No accountability.
Use the “self checkout” system or the “scan, bag, and go”. Both are super efficient and quick. 😊
