Hot and readys are hardly ever ready even at lunch time. When you do get one it's overloaded with sauce and undercooked because they are rushing to get pizza out even though there's no body there. Do your self a favor and just spend the extra money and order delivery.

I ordered a crazy stuffed with ham and bacon online. When I got it, it didn't have ham, and instead had pineapple. The employee was nice when I explained the issue to him, but he went to the back and called one of the cooks and idiot. While waiting for the correct pizza, the cook and another employee started arguing in the back. Overall, questionable experience. Not likely to return.

So today September 23 I placed an order to go pick up once I got to the store. The store was closed, but I was really confused because I got the confirmation from the store for my order. They took my money. There was a gentleman there who said he was the closing manager, and he apologized profusely for the opening managers, two of them not showing up to open the store. I called corporate and I say on the phone with them for 30 minutes all they could say was I’m so sorry your refund should be 10 business days. And also id like to add that a lot of times if you order a pizza with light sauce, this location will completely disregard that and actually put extra sauce on the pizza you requested light sauce on.(no pizza should be dripping sauce, toppings sliding off because you picked up a slice) Could you imagine placing an order receiving the confirmation and being like hey kids let’s go get breadsticks and your kids are super excited the whole time they’re chanting breadstick breadstick breadstick on the way there until we get there and the door is locked. Could you imagine the amount of screaming that these two kids did because I promised them something that should’ve been open that I paid for??? Or, why is the Italian cheese bread not an option when you’re ordering through the Little Caesars app? This location has it I’d love to purchase it but if I can’t order ahead, I’m not gonna wait 20 minutes in the Little Caesars. Corporate informed me that when you guys close the store you’re supposed to turn off the portal so that way nobody can place an order while the store is closed and then the people that open are supposed to open the portal in the morning so people can place orders, if this location followed corporate guidelines, I wouldn’t be leaving this review.

Today I ordered on line and paid by credit card. I received the receipt in e mail. I never got a notification that it was ready so I went to the store at the time it was supposed to be ready. Store was locked and dark inside . I wasn’t the only customer there trying to get our orderS . We left.
Sometime later I received a text from “Zach” saying the employee had left because of a PTSD episode 😳 and he would “try” to give me back a “credit “. OUTRAGEOUS If it is impossible to get people to work there…. DO NOT allow customers to order on line and pay

Website and Google says it opens at 11:30 on Sundays. They took my order and made my order and placed it in the portal but then wouldn't unlock the door and let me get my food until 12:00 meaning that my food was old and no longer hot. The kids there just decide when they feel like opening. If you're not going to let people in to pick up the order, do not take the order in the first place.

First off, I'd never leave a bad review for a place like Lil' Caesar. Not that it's particularly good, because it's not, but it is what it is.
However, whatever changes have taken place at the Howell location have been a massive improvement from last year.
The store itself is a lot cleaner (it wasn't bad before, but...), the employees look like actual employees (not on their phone, not full of piercings and tattoos, not talking in ghetto slang), and the pizza itself is built like a pizza (instead of a sloppy random mess).
Again, I wouldn't bother complaining before because $6 pizzas are what they are. But for real, the Howell location has stepped its game up massively. Good for them!

In general the employees all are polite and do a great job. This trip specifically was awesome. The young gentleman and lady who helped me did fantastic as well as whomever made out pizzas. There has been the occasional hiccup at this location but it's always been things that are out of the control of the employees.
Hot and ready took forever. I mean, I get it. If someone comes in and takes all of them, it will take a little bit for more. When we did get them, they had almost 0 sauce, basically a cheese breadstick with a couple of pepperoni thrown on top. The breadsticks were just a chunk of bread. No seasoning and no butter. Thoroughly disappointed.

Skinny white blonde girl and young Asian guy refused to take our order at 9:45pm on 5/31/24. They said they were technically closed, and wouldn't take the order. I worked at Little Caesars for like 10 years at a corporate store, and the company rules are to take orders until close, not stop 15 minutes beforehand OR close out all registers early, turn the oven off. Not cool.

I just stopped in to pick up a DoorDash and I was greeted with rolling eyes from a skinny blonde woman and dirty talk from young young men behind the counter, talking amongst themselves very very loudly. It was disgusting. The floor is filthy. My order was in the wrong pick up slot And I had to wait 15 minutes to get any help
