Food was great. Not sure what happened with hot and ready when it's not ready for 15 mins and I was the only one in there. Let's be clear, it isn't just this location.

First off, I'd never leave a bad review for a place like Lil' Caesar. Not that it's particularly good, because it's not, but it is what it is.

However, whatever changes have taken place at the Howell location have been a massive improvement from last year.

The store itself is a lot cleaner (it wasn't bad before, but...), the employees look like actual employees (not on their phone, not full of piercings and tattoos,...
