let me take you on a little journey: it’s about 5:45 friday evening and you want a cheap pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks. the most simple pizza order imaginable. so you go online and make the order like you’ve done many times before. it's a busy time, but couldn’t take more than an hour. and yes, it says it should be ready by 6:38, perfect! that time comes and goes, and there is no movement on the order tracker. okay, maybe it's a little busier than usual and it will take a few more minutes. you wait, and then wait some more. it’s now past 7 and it says it’s been in the oven for quite some time. finally at ten after it upgrades to getting packed up. surely it will be in the portal by the time you get there. so you drive to the store, and proceed to wait until 7:50 and still no pizza. at this point you order from somewhere else and pick the food up instantly, go home and eat it, and are now writing a review about never getting your order. this was a 0 star experience. the pizza here is worth about a 15 minute wait absolute tops.

If youre looking for convenience, this is not the place. Every single time we order from this location, we end up waiting an addition 30+ minutes than what we are told. Food is mediocre at best, but the wait time makes it a waste of my time and money.

Honestly one of the best experiences ive had there tonite. I just got off the lake and needed some food and when I walked in there there was only one girl working named Kate I believe. She was working soo hard and there was a bunch of us in there. Very professional extremely nice. Made my night.

Ordered a hot and ready with crazy bread. Was told 15 minutes. 30 later I got my food only to have it cold when I got home (10 minute drive). Definitely not worth it!
After three fairly simple orders, every time the food is ready 20 minutes late, not cut properly, and lately the overall quality has declined so much I’m kind of blown away. Time to start making my own pizza at home.

What happened to the days where you could call and order a pizza or two and not have to call overseas to a call center with people you can't understand..... what a joke. Ill call somewhere else that dosent send my call to India and order from them. Smh

Whilst their Crazy Puffs were okay trash food, they gave me the worst pizza I've ever received in my life. I had better pizzas at my school cafeteria. For context I ordered my pizza well done with old world pepperoni and jalapeños. The pizza was half cooked to the point where the cheese wasn't even melted, the pepperoni looked like they grabbed it off the rack from the Kroger across the parking lot and just chucked stacks of them at the pizza after it had already been cooked, and the jalapeños were mushy and still wet creating puddles of juice on top of the pizza. Awful, never go to this trash heap of a location

Been getting pizza here for about eight years. I was always happy with my pizza from this location until today. I got two extra mostest pepperoni, crazy bread and sauce. They were the two worst pizza’s I’ve had from this location. Over cooked and they were totally lopsided with most of the cheese and pepperoni on one side of the pizza and the other side lacking toppings. The crazy bread was a little burnt and very hard. I had guests over and we just decided to spread out the cheese and pepperoni and eat. I wish now I would’ve taken pictures but I did decide I was going to leave this review. Very disappointed, not sure I will be back.
