12-31-2025 places a order at 7:13 and it wasn’t ready till 8:45. Was at the store around 8 and it was just a bunch of teenagers in the back thinking they were so cool. One talking about a dumb party be gotta go to. The store was flooded. I ordered at the other Howell location and my food was done before I could drive there. They were to busy passing their weed pen around. Group of losers. I’ll be disputing that charge since you can’t get any help.

Sometimes it's a hit or miss and it's very sad that you guts can't cook your pizzas more getting raw pizza on the bottom when you pay and wait over 40 mins sorry your understaffed but atleast cook them well enough so you can still enjoy it

Went in to get 3 hot and ready pizzas. They didnt have any so I had to wait for some to be made which was fine. However, when i finally got home with the pizzas, they were absolutely horrendous. The center of each box felt wet and they were ripping open, the cheese had slid off every pizza, and the pizza was so thin and soggy that we could barely eat it. The crust was full of holes because of how soggy and thin it was. I've never had a pizza like that before and it was like eating wet cardboard....i mean, the pizza was seriously wet. It was like someone spilled water on it or something. Gross

Waited in line for 15 minutes. Finally an employee comes around the corner and tells me that it's going to be a 2-hour wait. Bad service looking for hot and laters this is your place

I called and placed a deferred order 6 hours early for 5:30pm on Halloween. SEVERAL other people did the same. I show up to get my order and they said they are refusing to honor ANY phone orders. Mind you I placed this order with the store itself, not their call center. I live 40 minutes roundtrip from this place and tried calling to confirm it was ready beforehand, but they turned their phones off. So they took mine and several other peoples orders, then turned their phones off so we all had to waste our time driving up for no reason. They pull stuff like this every year on holidays and it is absolutely unacceptable. They only respond to their positive reviews and hold zero accountability for the negative ones

Whoever this new crew is needs to be fired. The store is dirty. Ill talk about the food in a seocnd. The employees barely act like they want to be there.. it shows in the food.
You've seen the comments below. I've had the same experience with undercooked food, to the point of illness the next day. I've had lack of toppings lack of parmesan. Didnt get things in my order. Ive had ranch cups that were inside their pizza portal holder that have melted inside the PLASTIC BAG it was in. I've had it all.
Today? I had a long, thin, brown black hair that was BAKED into a crazy puff and served to me and my friends. It was in my mouth and I pulled it out completely gagging. This is my final straw for little Ceasars. Hair nets and food cook times are an absolute must for food safety. Attached is a photo for the non believers.
Don't even get me started on the fact that there has never been a time I ordered ahead, or came for a hot and ready, where it actually came out in 15 minutes.
Don't even trust the place to give me a refund or to remake it, why bother. Just do better please.

They remade them and they left off the pepperoni

They lied on app. Said it would be ready at a certain time and was 40 mins past. Had only 2 people working the whole store. Owner should be ashamed.
