I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait for my pizza and breadsticks. After 25 minutes and seeing two people who ordered after me get served I asked how much longer and was told there were five people ahead of my order still. When I finally got home with my pizza it wasn’t even the right pizza. I tried calling so I could get the pizza I ordered without having to wait 30 minutes again and after 30 minutes of waiting nobody would pick up.
Food was hot and fresh. Establishment was clean and staff were friendly.

DO NOT order a pizza on a friday night from here. I ordered on the app so it could be placed in the portal, so i could get in and out. it took them 1 hr and 45 mins (!!) to make the pizza and it couldn't be placed in the portal from some reason. i waited in a line that was out the door, to only find out they gave my pizza away on accident. this place either needs to pay better to attract more workers or find a manager that'll get the teenagers working harder.

This is hands down the worst Little Caesars. Never do they ever have anything hot and ready. There's a line out the door every time. You've gotta remember, we don't come here for the best pizza, we come here in a pinch for something quick, and it's never quick at this location.

We walked in shortly after opening and there were greasy handprints everywhere and dried pizza sauce smeared on the front of the hot box. I suggested to the employee who handed me my order that wiping down certain areas of the store be added to the closing checklist, and pointed the areas out to him. I kid you not he said “Oh, we don’t clean that.” Excuse me while I throw up.
Actual nightmare location. Anything other than a hot n ready and bread sticks will be inedible and even then, good luck

My husband, who is in a career home recovering from guillain barre syndrome, called an order in at 5:45pm for me to pick up after 6pm. I arrived at approximately 6:10 pm and the place is super busy. I expected to wait. I paid for the order and began to wait. I checked a few times to see where I was at in the pizza making process and I was told it would be "15 more minutes " every time. At about 6:50 I asked where I was in the process and the worker went into the kitchen to check. I told him "please don't tell me you lost my order!" He said he didn't see it back there. I was furious!! He started to offer me my money back I told him I wanted my puzza!! This was my dinner with my husband!! Props to the front line worker, he went and put my pizza in the oven himself. I left with my pizza, crazy bread, and my 2 liter of Pepsi at about 7:15 pm. Yes, an hour and 30 minutes after it was originally ordered!!!

My wife tried to swing in and get a Hot and “Ready,” and by the way… It’s never Ready! They didn’t have any Ready, so she ordered, paid, and the worker said it would be 15 minutes. She took the kids out to the car to wait and came back in. They had sold all of their fresh Hot and Readys to people that walked in after her, so she had to wait for the next batch. During Peak Hours you should be making these continuously so they are actually “Ready!” She waited 40 minutes to get a sub par pizza because my kids like it. And for the pizza… It’s continued to get worse and worse at this location. Are you using cheaper ingredients? Are your workers not trained properly? Both??? Little Caesars has been a staple for my kids over the last 3 years. I think I’m going to start putting effort into getting them to prefer something else. If I’m going to wait 40 minutes for something supposed to be “READY” I will gladly spend more for higher quality pie.

I called in my order on Sunday Jul 14, 2024, and the girl that took my order was amazing! So polite. Our order was ready when we arrived, 6 pizzas and 4 orders of bread sticks and they were hot and delicious! Super service! Highly recommend this location!

They never have hot n ready ready ever, and there always too busy and parking is terrible.
Was told that store policy is to not accept bills above 50$ and that I could not purchase a pizza with actual real life US Dollars
Little Caesars is the Taco Bell of the pizza world. It's cheap, fast, and mediocre, but sometimes it hits the spot.
No one says "hey, you want some great pizza, let's go to Little Caesars".
Everyone says, "hey, you want some cheap, fast, melted mozzarella on dough with some toppings, let's go to Little Caesars."
The rating scales are broken for exactly this reason. Is Little Caesars a 5 star pizza? No, not even close. Is it worth what they ask for the reasons they ask? Yeah probably. It fills a niche.

I think little Cesar’s pizza. I think it’s decent for its price.HOWEVER.DO. NOT. ORSER. DELIVERYtonight is not the second time in a row this location doesn’t even try to fill the order correctly. What is the point of placing a CUSTOM order for a pizza when they are just going to COMPLETELY IGNORE the ticket. It says right on the ticket and slap whatever is on the shelf down and call is good. So lazy. So twice now we have gotten a pepperoni when I ordered HALF pep and other half cheese. How hard is that? PLUS after the last incident and it taking 25 minutes to get the store on the phone- I was ASSURED BU THE MANAGER my name was taken down and this wouldn’t happen again. I didn’t want anything- I just want the order correct. This time they forgot the drink. That was also on the ticket. I would love the blame doordash for this but I truly believe it’s the complete lack of attention and care. It’s disappointing. I am blind. I am unable to drive. I just want a cheese pizza. These guys suck. Total incompetence.
