A frustrating app experience was corrected by a kind helpful manager! The app lost discounted items twice (on 2 phones) and ordered the items anyway. I went in bristling and an astute employee directed me to the manager immediately. She sympathized then corrected the issue and refunded me the discount amount! Thanks to your well trained employees I left full and happy!!

It's a McDonald's, but I've been to much worse McDonald's for sure. This place was clean and efficient. The only thing I didn't like, Yes, I am old, was the damn music being too loud. Hopefully the manager reads this and turns it down a few decibels.

Almost every time I come to this location after mobile ordering in advance, I stand there for ten plus minutes while they serve others first who got there and ordered after me. Almost every single time, after the 10 minute plus wait, I additionally must tell them what my order was. So, I need to tell you to make my food, what it was, and stand there for another 5 minutes. Good stuff

We watched a worker dump a mop bucket just outside of the door. I also watched an elderly woman slip and almost fall while trying to enter the building because of it.
The pop machine area was a disaster with wet and dry colorful soda splashes everywhere. Service was very prompt however considering the amount of traffic in the building.

Ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and 3 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles. All were very fresh and not greasy. Biscuit was crisp but wasn’t crumbly.

Every time i stop here 3781 grand river howell mi, the staff does not help the drive thru people. They sit and wait for probably 20 minutes or more. When they go inside the managers are rude and lie. I will never use this location and i will warn as many people as i can about his location.

Consistent, I prefer the breakfast foods honestly. Their other menu needs a refresh. But this is a good McDonald's. We go regularly for coffee and when we are on the road it's a good spot to hit up for a breakfast on the go.

I ordered food on the app they took money out of my accounts. Sent son to get food he arrives they said that they didn’t get money. It was deducted from account. The manager is a joke. Terrible customer service when I called she kept talking over me. The. Told me to be respectful.
