I did a mobile order through the drive through. Order was correct and still steaming.

I was going to Macdonalds to order a grinch meal when there was a paper that said there where none left so I asked the drive thru lady if there where any and she said they where out and then I seen a big back walk out with a grinch meal and went in to ask for one and they said they DIDINT have any so I went back to my car and put me fat suit on and went back in and they gave me my grinch meal and I started to jump with joy cuz I finally got a grinch meal and then all the workers looked scared and told me to stop so I DIDINT crack the floor and they said they might just have to call a Crain to lift me out so I DIDINT demolish the hole building thatâs why I left a one star review the food was good though

Added extra things to my meal that I had to change at the window so they wouldnât overcharge me. Then I was missing 1/2 chicken sandwiches and the one I did get had tartar sauce on it :(
The people were really nice when they were trying to fix it, but they really didnât really fix it

I am not a fan of the self service kiosk. It was difficult to navigate and manage the payment.
The grandkids loved the play area!

Just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru and the orange hi ci I got was water. They missed a big Mac and the fries were barely even warm. Pretty disappointed. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs!

I was going to do a survey but threw away my receipt! I ordered kind of a a lot, and went through the drive thru. Of course to keep their ticket times down they told me to drive forward and wait for my food. The women who brought my food out (literally 3 mins later) greeted me with the nicest smile! Read back my order to me, and told me to have an amazing day and a happy thanksgiving. She was genuinely so nice and sweet. I then realized I forgot to order my husbands coffee and parked and went inside. As soon as I walked in she greeted me again and said âoh no, what can we fix for you?!â So sweet and calm, and I explained it was my fault and forgot a coffee. We got to chatting for a moment and I couldnât help but leave a review! She was a RAY OF SUNSHINE, and mind you it was FREEZING outside. I asked for her name and it was Kathy. I was there around 11-12. I am sorry I couldnât do the survey but she needs a raise and a high five because she is AWESOME. Iâve had a rough 2 days, and the holidays coming up I was just emotional and sad, and quite literally she made my day! So Kathy with a K. You rock!!!! â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

Sat in there stupid double lane drive through while they served 3 vehicles before me that arrived after I was sitting at the order window. I drove away and went to Culvers they better anyway.

I came through the drive through last night and ordered a 13 cookie tote and was wrung up 5 2 cookie packs and 3 singles so that came to 11.92 and we also bought a large coke so the total with tax was $14.74. It was very busy around this time so we didnât say anything in the moment and then our food was brought out and we didnât receive our coke so we went back around. Today we called and asked how much a 13 cookie tote is and âChristine/Christinaâ said it was $5.86 so we told her about what happened and she gave us two options either a full refund or 2 13 cookie packs and also told us to give her name when we came in and that she was going to put it in the âcare bookâ. We decided to go with the 2 cookie packs and later on we went to pick them up. I walked in and was the only person in line at that point and it took me a while to be acknowledged and when i was, i recognized it as the person who was at the 2nd window and handed us our coke when we came back through the line. She shouted to me from the back if i was placing an order and i said yes because we were also grabbing a large sprite but also told her i needed to speak to someone and so she stood there and looked at me as if waiting for me to talk so i proceeded to explain the situation which she seemed to not really believe me about what happened and then i brought up that when we called we got the actual price and she interrupted me and told someone to go and help me. It then took some time for someone to come up and they didn't even talk to me they immediately started ringing up a refund and so i walked up and told them that that wasnât what we requested and that we already called ahead and it should be in the care book and also placed an order for the sprite. They then walked away so I thought they were going to make the cookies and i went to go make my sprite and wait. i watched my order appear on the screen and very slowly move to the front of the line on the screen and then disappear (this took around 30 minutes- Christina/Christine warned me it would take a minute for the cookies to cook and i figured it was probably pretty busy). I asked one of the workers about my order and he asked the woman who was at the 2nd window the previous night about my order to which she very rudely said âNo No she will not be getting 2 cookie totes and a refundâ and i immediately said from over the counter âNo thats not what i wanted i asked for just the cookie totes i didn't ask for a refundâ and she was like âyeah that would've been too muchâ and i said âyeah i didn't expect thatâ and so then she told someone to START making them. another 10 minutes goes by and they were handed to me. I was in there for 45 minutes for a simple mishap that would've been resolved if a single person had looked at the care book. Also i would've been in there longer had i not asked someone, and they all fully saw me waiting. I did ask for the name of the woman at the second window and i was told itâs Quanesha (not sure how itâs spelled).

Very Well-Maintained lobby... Fresh hot food, (unlike other locations), Grace.C (she said her name) was SUPER nice and helpful (deserves a raise!). Thanks for an amazing experience!

Just had the oddest thing happen. Pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:53 and stopped at the second order station. Someone at the other station took an insanely long time ordering a ton of food, so we waited patiently. At 10:58, someone told us they were closed and no longer taking orders. Kind of upsetting. We had planned to order two Frappuccinos, and they probably wouldâve said they could make them anywayâbut it was annoying nonetheless.
My special order was prepared as requested quickly and correctly. Short line during late breakfast went very quickly. So glad for the locations that offer cappuccinos. They can compete with most coffee bars. Great for a breakfast on the go.

False advertising. Ordered some sauces on the app (free) because we had picked up our order earlier. I waited 20 MINUTES in line for the guy at the window to say âwe have to charge you for all these sauces 30 cents EACH. the policy has changed.â How can you advertise free sauces and AFTER I wasted 20 minutes in line try to charge your customers for them? They were absolutely rude about it too. Showed up around 9pm 10/19. I work in the food industry I know how it goes, but you canât lie online that itâs free. Youâll piss off a lot of customers.
False advertising, I wonât be back unless they fix this.
