Good selection and great service

This place is Great. Not only the selection and prices, but the owners are fantastic, and the service is top notch. Forgot to get a few items. Walked up as they were closing this New Years Eve. They obliged and saved the "day".

We did the mobile stop out of Jackson 1st time visiting bought 8lb of crab legs and wasn't disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great selection of fresh and frozen fish. The owner even came out to help with my selection. Excellent customer service.

I ordered the 3 lb snow crab legs package, which is advertised as six clusters weighing 14 oz each. By simple math, that description implies 84 oz total, or 5.25 lb of clusters, even though the product is sold as a 3 lb package. That alone makes the listing confusing and misleading.

When my order arrived, I found only three shoulders total, meaning only three actual clusters were included. The rest of the product consisted of loose legs, and none of the clusters were intact. Loose legs should not be counted as full clusters.
I weighed the entire order, including all shoulders, and it came in just under 3 lb. Since shoulder weight includes non meat mass, the way this item is described does not match what is actually delivered.

The crab itself was acceptable, but the product description does not accurately reflect the quantity or form received. This should either be sold as loose legs by weight, or the cluster count and stated weights should be corrected.

Update: After I contacted the company, they acknowledged that the product description on their website was incorrect at the time of purchase and have since updated the listing. The original description stated six clusters at 14 oz each, which does not align mathematically with a 3 lb package.

While I technically received three clusters, all were broken apart, with loose legs counted toward the total. The owner offered and issued a 50 percent refund, which I appreciate. This review reflects the product description and condition as they existed at the time of purchase.

Well, today's visit was the final straw. We have been loyal customers of this establishment for the last 3yrs. It has been a struggle the last 6-10 months. It's clear that staff no longer understands seafood and their product. Today I arrived at 445 to pickup a few items for dinner. Everything was already put away. You could not see any product in the cases etc. I asked for 1 pd of salmon cut into 3 equal pieces. Clearly the staff struggled. Also got 6 oysters, one of which was opened when I got home and I pulled it apart with my hands. See photos of quality and treatment, at least give your staff sharp knives to work with. Also, two other customers came in to make purchase in the last 15 min of open hours. It's hard on staff and customers to pick out seafood when you can't see the food!

Well, I thought I would give you another try. As you can see from the terrible packaging...I see nothing has changed. You folks need to do better. Customers don't like fishes juice leaking all over. Also asked for 2, 6oz fillet....and I got 1.16 lbs. So they still can't do general math.

Love this place… good people with good quality food, for a good price. They are also very knowledgeable of seafood and seafood products.

Dan is the best, friendliest dude on the Mobile Seafood Truck. But the fish is even better. I love having a fish monger that is accessible and provides sashimi grade fish for my sushi nights. The tuna, salmon, crab legs, COD, grouper, sea scallops... Yum 😋. Haven't had a disappointing piece of fish/seafood yet.

Oceanside seafood has the best seafood and selections! Love everything we get here. The salesman Dan is always friendly willing to walk ur bag to the car he’s and the company are fantastic!

The food was amazing,the staff were super friendly and welcoming, Marah and Waleed were amazing !!

These guys are great. They have stuff you can't otherwise find in a grocery store and they carry some of the exotic kinds of fish and seafood too. Their mobile food truck allows me to not have to drive to Howell to get my stuff.
