Fantastic sourdough breads, focaccia, brötchen, croissants, pain au chocolat, and German specialty food items. There is definitive passion behind what they are producing, and the line out the door shows it. Grateful that this is our local bakery.

Such an amazing big city bakery in Howell of all places. The bread is fresh and flavorful, the croissants melt in your mouth, the cinnamon rolls are perfectly proportioned with icing and cinnamon. On par or even rivals bakeries in Italy and France. Get there early and be prepared to wait in line. Savor the breads the same day and freeze an extra loaf for later.

The traditional craftsmanship behind their bread is evident in every bite. What truly impressed us is that all the breads are baked fresh daily in small batches, using only natural, high-quality ingredients – no artificial additives.

Their sourdoughs are made following old-world techniques, with slow fermentation and patience to achieve the perfect flavor and crust. You can really taste the difference! We also tried the croissants, and they were fantastic – light, buttery, and perfectly baked.

The team is warm and welcoming, and you immediately feel at home. This is where true craftsmanship and tradition come together with a love for quality. If you’re looking for authentic, freshly baked bread, this place is a must-visit!

Just stopped in for a pain au chocolat as they’re my favorite and it’s hard to find a good one. This was fantastic! The lamination was perfection and it had the perfect crisp, golden exterior with delicious, soft and flaky layers inside. If you want to feel like you’re in France or Italy, stop in here. Will definitely be back!
