Ordered food in July and was called immediately to be told that they weren't making anymore food for the night. Took over 2 months for them to even email me band finally started the refund of $32 today. Honestly terrible customer service and aweful store for doing 0 to compensate me until now.

Good place to eat. It's located right of i96 and latson rd. Their food is always hot and tastes good.

Parking: Plenty of parking in front of their building for easy access.

I asked how long the honey walnut shrimp had been out, was told 5 minutes. 5 minutes was OK & I did not think the gal was going to lie to me. So we had 2 orders, just under $30. The shrimp breading was mushy, like warm & the shrimp inside was way over cooked & way too firm. Huge disappointment. We should have returned it & asked them to make it fresh for us but we were with 5 other friends. Lat we they each said that their food was crummy as well. Saying fast food Chinese is never a good idea esprcially when it sits on a steam table & the staff lies to you.

I eat at the Howell location on a weekly basis. I always order string bean chicken because it is the healthiest item offered on the menu. Everytime I have to wait ten minutes or more. Never an issue with the orange chicken. You could order 3 bigger plates of that to go and be on your way. You can’t even order one bigger plate of string bean chicken without a ten minute wait. Horrible on prep times and menu item availability. Also disappointed.

The food is good and the restaurant is very clean. The staff was very fast getting food plated and helpful.We ate here through a fundraiser for a high school robotics team where 20% goes back to the team. They were able to get 15 people through the line very quickly so we could all eat as a team. It's very cool that they participate in fundraisers and very helpful to our robotics team. The food was good and we'll definitely eat here more often.

Very familiar with how panda food should taste. Was so looking forward to having one so close in howell until i tried it (yes i gave it a couple of tries before this post). For such a nice new location- the food here is absolute TRASH!!! It always tastes old and chewy, like its been sitting out under the heat lamps for hours ( or maybe the chef just needs more training??) . Think twice before ordering the chow mein- its usually my fav here, pretty hard to f up- but they were hard and chewy and extremely dry i took one bite and trashed the rest. ABSOLUTELY go here if you would love to throw out ur money!! SKIP THIS CHAIN LOCATION.
