Ordered chicken salad sandwich. Got home, had sandwich with chicken, bacon, tomatoes and spears that looked rotten. Threw up all night and severe diarrhea for 6 hours. Name your sandwiches. My take outs will be checked before going home.

Didn’t realize that adding a CUP of soup to our order would add $7 to our bill, I’m sorry but that’s insane. Only nice restaurants should be charging $7 for a cup of soup. On top of that both my fruity drink and my husbands soda taste like water🥴 so glad we spent $40 on lunch “out” for this super unimpressive Panera 😕

I refuse to use a kiosk to order my food. It's almost as difficult to read the wall menus with descriptions, and the girl at the counter was really not very helpful. Polite, but not very helpful. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was adequate at best, and the atmosphere was far from inviting. On the plus side, the coffee was excellent! It would have been even better if someone had filled the half and half dispenser.

I can't comment on the atmosphere, as I used the drive through. Panera doesn't offer decaf latte, which I wanted. The small regular latte was good, as was the pastry I had.
I signed up for the Sip Club, and it has been great. Order via the app, and the drink is ready in 5-10 minutes.

As in previous visits service is sub par. Arrived at 7:45 to no soufflés available. When they brought them out a few minutes later they were extremely undercooked. This Panera has consistently had issues when we have stopped by. They need to get some lessons from the Brighton Panera.
