I ordered the exact meal that was displayed on the menu billboard (which I never do), and I was glad that I took the chance. The Asiago bagel chicken Roma sandwich and the rustic potato soup were both excellent. They looked exactly like the photo, which also incredibly rare. I don’t give out 5 stars for atmosphere at chain restaurants, but the rest of this review is 5 stars!

My family and I love the food at Panera Bread. It is a rare treat. We decided to have lunch and were disappointed that we had to order on a kiosk. We had a gift card that we were having trouble redeeming and ended up just using a credit card. There were signs to pick up our cups. There were none available and the kitchen staff didn't offer us any as we stood waiting. We had a seat and waited for our order.
Our pager went off. We picked up our food, asked for our cups with the staff asking how many and what size. Set our food down for drinks, and we're finally ready to eat. I was given the wrong size cup ( not a problem, refills available), wrong soup and my son's bacon mac n cheese had no bacon.
I went to the counter where I was ignored. Then spoke loudly after several frustrations. The soup was replaced, bacon added, and a vague apology was given. But we will not return to this location.

Yesterday went thru the drive Thur about 130 in the afternoon ordered a 1/2 sandwich & strawberry banana smoothie , the young lady Madison at the window was so very rude ..she dropped my change out the window some hot the ground , then to reach my food I literally had to undo my seat belt to reach it , it was like she refused to reach out even a bit ..left me really mad at the complete rudeness ..manager go check drive thru window on ground ..there's money .. she's needs a lesson in customer service to say the least

please teach your employees kindness. their body language and demeanor is poor. It is not just once it’s time and time again. I am to the point where I’m no longer going to be supporting this location.

Haven’t had many problems with this Panera so today was definitely disappointing. Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup online for drive-through pick up, when I arrived the line was not very long (1 car at the speaker in front of me) but I sat in the drive-through line for 20 minutes before even getting to the speaker. And then about 10 more minutes before getting to the window. I understand it was dinner time and it was on the busy side but that is a little extreme. And then wasn’t even given an apology for the long wait.

I specifically order a asiago bagel with garlic aioli, sausage, and NO EGG daily. This is 7+ $ and EVERY time i got to work and there was egg on it and i cannot eat eggs. Would not recommend going here due to incompetent/rude staff.

Consistently sub par service from the employees. I’m usually stopping in at the Green Oak location in Brighton and the difference is apparent almost every time I’m over here in Howell. Employees sadly tend toward helpless apathetic incompetence. Too bad since the restaurant is a great setting for meetings or studying.
