I can't comment on the atmosphere, as I used the drive through. Panera doesn't offer decaf latte, which I wanted. The small regular latte was good, as was the pastry I had.
First time at a Panara. We decided to stop after a chemo appointment as this is on our way home from hospital. Service was OK but EVERY table was very dirty. Only two people eating at the time. We never saw one worker enter the dining area. I'm disappointed as I was hoping to find a new place to eat on our way home. If dining is so unclean how clean is the back where food is prepared. I wish I'd have known before I left a tip.
