Did not get the pita part of my dinner. One and done for the Birch Run location. Never again.

The employees were so nice and approachable, made ordering so much easier and stress free. Richard was so funny, down to earth and very personable!

Very disappointed in my gyro wrap and service was horrible. The gyro wrap was dried out and hard, the meat tasted like it was a few days old and very bland. When I walked inside there was several employees, no customers and they alll ignored me doing things like taking out trash, refilling the food bins, finally 10 minutes later they waited on me. I am a person that does not leave reviews but this time I am because I will NOT return to this location ever again.

We love this place, food is awesome, staff is always very friendly. I somehow forgot to pay after typing all of my info into the screen for rewards/points. Then I received a text saying thanks for your order, then a phone call from an unfamiliar number saying I forgot to pay. I thought it was a scammer calling me, I was rude and hung up. Then I Google the phone number to pita way in Howell and it was not a scam, I did forget to pay. Apologized to the manager several time as I felt like a jerk, he let me pay over the phone and was very nice still after my mistake.

Food was excellent as always, lunch is on me for this manager next time we come in.

I grew up in Howell so I was excited to try this new spot because I loved Mediterranean! I was disappointed in the food :( the garlic dip literally tasted like lemon and you couldn’t taste the garlic at all because it was all lemon juice. The dark meat was tasty & flavorful but the yellow rice was so bland. The service & employees were nice.

Thank you so much to Brandon and the team at the Bay City location! We’ve needed fresh Mediterranean food here forever and they absolutely nailed. Traveling for work and getting a chance to eat Gyros and Shawarma all over the country it’s great to have these amazing flavors at home! The kids bowls were perfect size for my daughters with tons of options for sauces and toppings. I had the dark meat Sandweech and it was phenomenal. I will definitely be eating here very often. Keep up the great work and great service!

I'm obsessed with Pita Way! The salads are big and I get that with pita bread and it gives me days worth of delicious lunches for pretty cheap. It's great to have a grab and go Mediterranean option in Howell.
