Haven't eaten here in awhile and decided to give it a try and ordered the nachos in the drive thru. Imagine my surprise when I got home and I had everything but the nacho chips... Maybe spend more time worrying about what's in the bag than if we are leaning a tip.

You would’ve thought we were in WW3 with war rations the way they were scooping protein here. Rushed me on every item I was adding to my bowl and had to go back down the line which just wasted their time too. Ingredients didn’t taste fresh, rice was hard and so were beans. 2 of the few pieces of chicken I did get were fatty and chewy. Didn’t even finish my meal here and I’m not one to not finish a meal. This is the exact reason I’ve switched to chipotle and never looked back. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one nearby and settled for here, but this is the last straw.

This QDoba so consistently messes up orders, especially through delivery. It’s a chain, so every once in a while you get a good bowl, but we have received rancid meat, onion skin, we have received barely filled bowls, and consistent issues with messing up orders. Being one of the few healthy quick options in Howell, we have frequented it, but have hit a new low this afternoon with this location and probably won’t be back for a while :)

Kid-friendliness: Have 4 kids worked out great. Got some from the kids' menu and some for the adult menu for the kids.

Pay $33 for 2 bowls and threw both of them away. Chicken was burnt to all hell, and rice was rock solid, only thing that taste good in my order was the 2 Dr Peppers I ordered.

Food is decent, the service is spotty though. Sometimes good, sometimes lacking. When ordering online, it doesn't seem like they read the order. I've ordered extra jalapenos or extra pico and extra sour cream, and I've ordered regular for comparison, and it always comes with the same amount. This order was extra jalapenos, and they still only put three. Bummed, I like jalapenos
In fairness we ate late, maybe after a rush. The food station was really messy, to the point I questioned whether I was gonna enjoy my meal twice. But everything was super tasty (shredded pork bowl and a steak bowl) and all was fine the next day. I'd work on keeping the presentation a little nicer; we would have left immediately if we weren't hangry already

The food seemed bland, the service was decent, but the bathrooms were disgusting.
They smelled like they hadn't been cleaned well, or at all, but tried to cover it up with some air freshener.
I would suggest getting it to go...or avoid the bathrooms.

Who ever made my bowl at today August 31st at 11:43 am immediately deserves a raise right now! I’ve never had a bowl made from Qudoba made so amazingly. I asked for extra pickled onions and they delivered. 10/10 service 10/10 pickled onion 10/10 will eat again
