We did a carry out for our party the day after Christmas, 20 of us. Everything was well prepared and complete for us to pick up on time. All of our guests were very happy with the food, Thanks to your entire team for a job well done.

Refused to make change, the manager claims to not accept 50 dollar bills? Only form of payment I had, same manager being rude to her employees. Turned away a customer after making the food, and couldn’t make 8 dollars in change in return. I’ll never be back

one of the guys that works there sucks. it’s fine most of the time but there’s one guy that literally gives you like half the normal portions. Went through the drive through the other day and when I got home I noticed my bowl was half empty and he literally forgot my rice. Just meat and toppings.

While the food here is good I'm getting incredibly annoyed by being asked for a tip every time I go through the drive through. I used to come here weekly and now I cringe at coming here because I know I'm going to be asked to tip . No other fast food place does this so I'm not certain if you just don't pay your employees enough or your employees just feel entitled

Service was okay was not the worst I ever had. There was an older lady who waited on us and she was not very friendly to my daughter. Her attitude could have been more at management which was obvious he cared more about talking and having conversation with his team than stocking what paying customers needed. One of the team members asked for onions and the manager was standing around having conversation with someone who was off thr clock than helping his busy team...While I was there for 45 minutes they were busy and no tables had been whipped down and manager again just wondering around with a tablet not appearing to help his team.
I'm a manager so I know I'm targeting him, but if he would pay attention to the details like the store maybe service, food and atmosphere would be better. There were 5 young men that sat next to us that left a mess and no one came out to clean. There was Plenty of help just feel people not in the right places.
Food Quality was just 3 this time because they gave me just what was in the bottom of the pan due to not having enough stocked on the line. My daughter's was not good either the lady hardly gave her any queso. Chips where all broken and very salty

I just can’t keep it to myself anymore when I’m paying for something and it sucks. Fast food restaurants need to understand that people work hard for their money to be able to afford a luxury like buying an over-priced meal out every once in a while. Oh, you paid an extra $3.29 for adding brisket? Joke’s on you - you’re not getting it. Oh, you wanted picante ranch with your salad? Hahahaha - we’re not putting it in your bag. Hey - it’s gonna be $11 for 3 tacos, but we’re gonna make sure we put the bare minimum in them so they only weigh about an ounce a piece. And NO, I’m not going to be inconvenienced by having to go BACK to your store once I’m already home, because of YOUR mistake. Do better!!! Taco Bell is more satisfying at this point! Unreal 🤦🏻♀️

Even the door stated that they were open until 10pm, dining room until 930. I arrived at 9:05 and doors were locked with people at the counter ordering. If you want to close you should post earlier hours. The kicker 2 people looked directly at me with no additional acknowledgement.

Went to pick up a to go order in the drive thru at precisely 6pm on wednesday september 17th . Said the name of the order at the speakerbox and was told to proceed to the window . When i got there , i was rudely yelled at by a woman with blondish hair wearing glasses . She said “next time use the speaker” and then slammed the window in my face and walked off . She then handed my food to her coworker who handed it to me and said i was not in the wrong . Whoever that lady with the glasses is should not be working at any fast food establishment
