First thing is USE THE APP! Superb design, with all your choices easy to find, and order extra of if that's your thing. Pick up options for app orders included the drive+thru. And the choices! So many more options than that other rice bowl chain.
My only gripe: no white onions. They have red onions, which are good, but not white? So of us like both.

Disappointed by amount of food for the price. I ordered a salad and it didn’t even fill 1/4 of the bowl. If this was the first time this happened at the restaurant, I would let it go. Unfortunately, it is not.

Very pushy to tip on drive thru orders. Also credit card reader screen not working to hit no tip, they tell you which button to hit and you have to trust them. Not an issue at the Brighton Qdoba so I go there instead now.

I’ll never understand the way Qdoba does things. Does their staff really think people want each item added to a burrito or bowl separate from everything else? Why would anyone want all the queso in one corner and all the guacamole in the other corner. Beans and meat all piled up separately. Not to mention they add that disgusting shredded cheese to every delivery order, even when you specifically ask for NO CHEESE. Unbelievably bad service.

They take sooooooo long, avoid eye contact, wrap burritos poorly. Never a “I’ll be right with you”. I usually end up walking out, I’d rather keep my money and eat warm car leftovers 👍

I have wanted to try this place for awhile, but was put off by the reviews. Impulse decision I turned in and gave it a try. I ordered the Chicken protein bowl and it was yummy. Service was fast and friendly. Will go back.
