Quality food at great prices!
Updating my review to my most recent visit, today.
Our waitress Gail, was attentive until a group of regular church goers came in.
She brought our food out. Asked in passing if it was OK and then I only saw here walking out of the doors to serve and check on that group. She did not even make eye contact or look at us. Another server saw me looking around and asked me if I needed a box.
Finally we just got up to pay without our bill, after waiting for 10 minutes after getting the box. When she saw the table was empty, then she made eye contact and brought the bill to us at the counter.
Typically it doesn't take much to secure a tip well above 20% from us, today we had to guess as we didn't have the bill until we were at the counter. It was still more than 20%.
I work customer service too and it doesn't take a lot of effort to make eye contact and let someone know you see them and you'll be with them shortly.

I like their stuffed cabbage. But their green beans that come with it are raw to me... crunchy, not yummylicious. Still. The cabbage is great. One beef: the glasses they serve the drinks in are tiny. Tiny tiny. Like exboyfriend tiny. Get better on that. (Note: no exes were harmed that didnt deserve it in this review)

Ordered a country omelette with no onion. Not only did it have onion in it there was no country gravy in it. Very disappointed

Would not recommend. Very dry, bland and not middle eastern-strictly Greek that I've had much better in a coney island. The staff was very nice, but food was disappointing. Had the spinache pie (thick hard pieces of spinach stems inside), dry bland hummus and very small grape leaves that didn't have much flavor and were dry as well.

Our first time ever at a red olive. The decor itself is similar to an older Dennys restaurant. The food was tasty, the portions generous and the price was about average for this type of restaurant. The Spinach pie was a different and a very pleasant surprise in the taste and texture. The mens restroom could use a good cleaning. The sinks wete very dirty and the hand flush valve on the urinal did not work and as a result it generated a rather unpleasant odor.

Nice place to come with friends or family. Crazy to say this, but serving size is too much. If you are going home right after you can take it, otherwise I am sad to waste it - often have to split a meal. I know, crazy to say good food but too much lol.

Parking: You can't pull into their parking lot easily. You have to turn down a road and make another left.
