Online order for 4 subs that were supposed to be toasted they were not. When I called up there they just argued the fact that they toasted them. If they did toast them they need to learn how to use their own equipment cheese is not even melted.

I've been here many times, It is always great and the workers are nice. I don't usually leave reviews but they deserve 5 stars. Do not go to the one on Latson road.

Had a late evening sandwich. Almost all was good, except the bread was old.
This is the best subway anywhere. Food is always done on time or early and correct. Store is always clean. Other stores, in town, Latson road, are a freaking nightmare. This one by Kroger is hands down the exact opposite and is a pleasure to go to.

The flat bread is no good toasted!!! I have requested many times at this location weather it be online or in store that it is not toasted. I go to other locations and am told they are all no longer allowed to toast the flatbread unless requested. I sent my bf in there tonight and he was told they can’t heat up just the chicken and cheese by itself. When you should be able to in 2 small brown containers. I just worked a long shift and just wanted my correct order. Just for future reference please pay attention to what the customer wants.
Ordered a wrap, ya know a TORTILLA WRAP. Got a stupid FLATBREAD. if I'd wanted flat bread, I would've ordered it. Never had an issue till today, not sure about going back
