I was incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to Subway. Despite being the only customer in line, the worker seemed more interested in fulfilling online orders than assisting me. I stood there waiting for a lengthy amount of time as they prioritized those who weren't even there over me. The lack of attention and disregard for in-person customers left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I won't be returning anytime soon.

My fiancé and I came into Subway in Hartland tonight. The atmosphere and customer service was beyond exceptional. Janelle and Mack both were so extremely professional, polite, and courteous. Well exceeded our expectations. They engaged in pleasant conversation and constantly had smiles on their faces, even though our order was long and complicated! I would give this service a 10 if I could. You don’t see this anymore! Phenomenal and we will be back! Thanks again!

Went in and was not greeted. The ladies were making 3 subs for a carryout I'm assuming. I would have known if either one spoke to me. Not a word for 7 minutes. I finally left and didn't get nothing. Not a sorry, bye, or can I help you? This was terrible as this is supposed to be quick service Not no service e. Will not recommend this location because one customer is to much h for 2 employees to handle? So disappointing.

The bread was very good, The young man Kyle was very professional and needs to be the manager. He cooked that bread with so much care. I would hire him for great work ethic. The food was great.
