DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Me and two friends came into this subway before leaving for a day out. The man working the counter was rude and acted like we ruined his day by walking up to the counter. One of my friends said what he wanted and what kind of bread. The man grabbed the bread with no gloves. Then decided the throw some gloves on. Dropped one on the floor picked it up and put it on anyways. Made friend #1's sandwich and wrapped it up. Made friend #2's sandwich without changing his gloves out. Then it came time for my sandwich I requested that he would change his gloves out because 'I'm allergic to onion' I only said that to get him to change his gloves. He rolled his eyes at me and sighed. Proceeded to basically throw my bread on the line and slam ingredients on my sandwich as he'd go. I asked for light mayo he proceeds to drench my sandwich in it. I was buying for everyone so I go up to pay and he proceeds to ask for a tip. No. 38 bucks for sandwiches and we were treated badly by a greasy man. We were the only ones in there. We got our sandwiches and wanted to sit down and eat them. Found a table that was clean most of them were sticky, had garbage on them or crumbs all over them. We were sitting and about to open up the sandwiches and he proceeded to tell us that the lobby was closed and we had to take them to go. What? Anyways we take them to the car and eat them. The spinach, lettuce and cucumbers all tasted like soap or bleach. Something horrible. Will never be eating here agian that was absolutely disgusting and get rid of that man behind the counter. Disgusting behavior and mannerisms and nasty food. DONT EAT HERE.

Ordered a tuna sub, I let the sandwich artist pick the bread and cheese. It was good, artists were friendly. Store was busy, didnt wait long, store was clean. Thanks.

I went in to get a sub, and when I walked up to the counter the guy slammed the cookie he was eating down on the counter, didn’t wash his hands and came to take my order. He wasn’t wearing gloves which is fine for non ready to eat food, but once he got to the lettuce and stuff after cooking, he still didn’t wear gloves. Pretty gross not using gloves with ready to eat food.

Rotten cucumber, straight up tasted like soap. Thought it was like a cleaning product, left a nasty taste in my mouth and wouldn’t go away after I brushed my teeth.

Subway has gone down hill what happened to the $5 foot long sub?…lol now it is $13 and tastes terrible the spinach I put on mine tasted like dirt. Probably hadn’t been washed. The bread was so hard I had to throw half of it away. And my daughter who loves subway,, for reasons only god knows ate 1/4 of this and she usually finishes a foot long in record time.. So subway figure it out and do better.

I was incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to Subway. Despite being the only customer in line, the worker seemed more interested in fulfilling online orders than assisting me. I stood there waiting for a lengthy amount of time as they prioritized those who weren't even there over me. The lack of attention and disregard for in-person customers left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I won't be returning anytime soon.

My fiancé and I came into Subway in Hartland tonight. The atmosphere and customer service was beyond exceptional. Janelle and Mack both were so extremely professional, polite, and courteous. Well exceeded our expectations. They engaged in pleasant conversation and constantly had smiles on their faces, even though our order was long and complicated! I would give this service a 10 if I could. You don’t see this anymore! Phenomenal and we will be back! Thanks again!
