Incompetent Sandwich Artists and mediocre food.

I recently placed an online order. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived but the young man working (Damon) was busy preparing my order. This young man was working alone. When I got home with my order we had an issue that was not the fault of Damon. I called the store and the delightful young man immediately solved our issue and was pleasant while doing so. He is friendly every time I visit the store and is part of the reason I choose the Subway on Latson Road in Howell. Good Job Damon. 5 Stars for you.

Heavy set dark haired gal is in too big of a hurry , rushing you to order , wanting to know what you want on it and putting toppings and etc on you don’t want ! Not asking of you want it toasted before she puts mayo on it ! Slow down make it right for your customers, stop rushing us so we’re tongue tied what we want. Just because you’re busy be patient with all your customers . I would t go back
I like the highland road Subway better they are nice , patient and don’t rush you into wa t you want on it!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. Rude.. no personality... no welcome... just what can I get you. Shawna was her name. Dumped a ton of salt and just kept on making my sandwich... zero f given to ruining a sandwich. I should have walked out.

Popped in to grab sandwiches and noticed all of the veggies were dried and old but filled to the top. Cucumbers looked freeze dried. Same with pickles. Peppers looked dried yet slimy. Tomatoes were translucent same with lettuce. Woman saw me eyeballing it and dumped fresh lettuce and tomatoes on top of old. They had about 5 construction workers show up at once so maybe she felt slammed. But she had two other polite young people working as well I asked quietly if she had fresh cukes. She said “ “I have fresh everything HON but if you dont want it that’s fine.” Passive aggressive and nasty . I had a club. I almost walked out, but I skipped the veg and felt guilty since it was already made so I bought it and will not darken their doorstep again.

Nicole is very nice and makes a solid sandwich. My experiences here are consistently good, unlike my consistently poor experiences at the Hartland location (the one one by Target on M-59).

Damien, Nichole, and Rachel are the absolute best!! Not only is the food always too notch, but the staff is always in an amazing mood. Friendly, always ready to talk or joke around (while still being super duper fast!). I keep coming back just so they can put a smile on my face! :)

My parents went here today and recieved the worst service ever. They are older and do ask for special requests due to health issues and got nothing but attitude for doing such. Terrible that they were treating themselves and all they got was attitude and rude service.

Worked all day decided I wanted some Subway on my way home today. Stopped into this location and a woman named Avery decided she was going to take her bad day out on me because I asked for a special request. I asked for light mayo on my sub and was greeted with an Attitude In front of other customers that were in line waiting. It was embarrassing. I had already paid for my sub, and there was another person in front of me paying for their sub so told Avery that my sub was paid for and she threw it onto the counter and said here you go. Mind you, I was taking my order to go, so I politely asked her if I could have it put into a bag with some napkins and she started huffing and puffing again. I’m not sure exactly what happened, but she clearly was upset and didn’t want to be there and didn’t understand that not everyone wants a quart of mayo on their sub. Pretty disappointing service. So the girl at this location named Avery gets an F for being rude and argumentative when I asked if I could have my sandwich and a bag with napkins, instead of acting like an adult. Just because your having a bad day doesn’t mean you get to take it out on customers. Won’t be going back to this location

Ordered online. Didn't toast my flatbread sub. Didn't put cheese on the subs. Put mustard instead of honey mustard. Basically made what they wanted instead of what I ordered. Do NOT recommend.
