It is complete BS that I should have to pay $6 for a chalupa shell with black beans, tomato and lettuce. I cave every once in a while because I like chalupas. The last time I went to this location the chalupa shell was stale, and the black beans were dehydrated and old. That really added insult to injury. Not only is it WAY overpriced, but I got crap? If I am paying $6 for a black bean chalupa, give me a $6 black bean chalupa, or charge an appropriate price.

Let's start easy..... ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!! This time I was paying with cash so even after you use there stupid machine to put your order in you still have to go to the counter to complete your order. So figured I would just try the counter first.... Nope....after waiting 10 minutes and not even a glance I used the machine then waited at the counter 10 more minutes to pay. Ok so we thought it was to help speed up the process!! Nope again. It's because the lazy people working there just don't care, nore have any type of people skills and yep can't even do there job correctly. Made sure everything was correct on my receipt and it was but did not match what was in my bag when I got home! And the stuff that was in there was a train wreck! That was strike 3 for that place. Never again will I be going to that location.

The workers at this Taco Bell actually care about quality at this location. The other day I went to the one on Grand River by Walmart, and was given the worst burrito I’ve ever eaten. It was a waste of money, so I drove out of my way today to go to this location. I never really eat fast food, I did this twice in one week purely for this comparison. The burrito here was exceptionally prepared, and the staff are always warm and friendly at this location. Personally, I won’t be back to the Grand River location and will be back to this one when I get my next craving.

Went to taco bell for lunch! Ordered 2 number sixes, I got them and the lady up on the register only gave us 1 she didn't order up a second one. Atmosphere is terrible, walk in and the menu is old and bad, the pop machine was good but very old and basic looking. The workers are mean and NEED to do better.

Taco Bell in general has gone downhill with their food selection and quantity. Not worth it anymore. The new CEO has changed it for the worse.

Dear Taco Bell Team,
I’ve been a regular customer at this location and have never had an issue—until today, unfortunately.
On June 8, 2025, around 6:50 PM, I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. As usual, when I pulled up, I was greeted by the automated message asking, “Will you be using your mobile app for points today?” I responded “No,” since I wasn’t using points—just picking up a mobile order, as I’ve done many times before.
However, the female team member who came on next responded with, “That would be a yes to the question.” When I asked her to clarify, she said, “You were supposed to say yes to that question,” in a noticeably sassy tone. I tried to explain that the question specifically asked about points, not mobile orders, but she just repeated that I should say yes next time.
I normally don’t complain, but the tone and attitude I received were completely unnecessary. I understand that employees have to follow protocols, but customer interactions should always be handled with respect and kindness. This experience left me feeling disrespected, and I hope it can be addressed so it doesn’t happen to others.
Thank you for taking the time to listen.

Only one complaint about the food. I got the chicken bowl. Two things were missing. But it was still good.

Waste of money sadly. I ordered the large Baja blast freeze and they gave it to me almost half way full? And they said it was just the way it settled when I asked to be topped off. Won’t be returning.

After having an issue with grub hub at no fault of taco bell, the employees were amazing with the handling of the situation and ensured my food was fresh. They went above and beyond and I applaud the customer service of all who helped me at this location.
This is one of the best Taco Bell locations in Michigan
I will never be ordering food from here again. Brook was so rude at the drive thru for no reason. I asked for a soft taco with no additives on it and this is what I get. Brook was too busy being on her phone, and shit talking the other employees to get my order right. Definitely going to HR about this
Absolutely, hilarious what they served me. Ordered a few different things and when I got home and opened my Loaded BEEF Nachos, there was NO BEEF!!!! Massive scope of beans and sour cream though!!! The Guacamole was in the corner of the box almost all the chips are uncovered. Cannot believe I just paid for this.
Very rude in drive through at 7:15 pm on march 16,2025
the shorter girl with glasses not the one at window the one taking orders .
Worst attitude and why?
