food was great, we just had a mixup with our drinks, the young lady kayla was very sweet to help change our drink, christina on the other hand needs to work on her attitude when dealing with customers. christina was very rude and rudely asked “are you waiting for something?” like yes the drink YOU messed up that your great worker fixed :)

I want to know what I did to get this level of aasembly on my tostada 😂 Service is usually fine. We are usually missing items, or they are prepared incorrectly, but usually hot and tasty.
Our favorite thing was breakfast crunch wraps. Very sad they stopped serving breakfast.

Was not very clean. Went in to place an order, looked in the back and not one person would look at me, I was the only customer in there.... I was forced to use the kiosk, and it took 10 mins to find my items. Still, no one asked if I needed help. I paid, and 14 mins later, my order was placed up on the counter and never even talked to anyone. Good idea, they are forced to pay these people more, so they raise their prices to the moon and forget about the hospitality.

This Taco Bell is on point lately. They have a great crew making great food and sporting some excellent customer service. There is a girl who works drive thru at night these days and she is doing an outstanding job!
We only ever do the drive thru, but this is one of the best Taco Bells I have ever been to. They seem to take pride in their work and make the food with care. You take a bite and all ingredients are equally distributed, which is hard to find with fast food. Staff are friendly and always get our orders correct. We go out of our way to get food here over other Taco Bell locations. My only gripe is that they are SO STINGY WITH SAUCE!!! Good lord. We got 4 items today and asked if we wanted sauce, we said, "yes hot sauce please," they gave us 1 pack. ONE. Seriously?!?!?! Do we need to specify the specific number of sauces? This was not the first time they were stingy with sauce but we at least usually get more than one packet. Do you think 1 sauce makes sense for an order with 4 items?!?!?! My advice to management is please rethink your stingy sauce regulations. Thank you for the well prepared food and polite staff though, keep that up :-)

Y'all are lucky I'm not a mystery shopper today. For the kitchen to verbally and out loud, throw a fit about grilling my tacos without the nasty cheese on the outside...SMH Rest assured, I will not be back to this location. Not to mention how rude the lady was when she threw my bag on the counter.

Beware don't order from this Taco Bell, I Ordered from the kiosk on 07/13/2024 at 11:17PM order #404 - I ordered 2 chzy Gor crunch no spicy ranch, well they definitely put so much on that it leaked into the bag, I also made sure to ask no sour cream due to me being allergic that was also added on my other tacos I've ordered. Thanks to the negligence of the crew/Manager I had a bad reaction from the sour cream, I won't be returning to this Taco Bell after this. I recommend you don't order from here!!
