My family loves the Crunchy Pickle! We love to stop in a few times a month and our new favorite is the Joe and the Jay! The staff is always friendly and helpful! We also love to try their new gourmet sodas! The food and people are top-notch and I can’t say enough good things about this place! We love this little local gem in Howell!

Not sure what is going on at this place. I come here often, have had a couple of odd experiences, from new staff that was slower, etc. I just dealt with it because I always loved the food. This last time though was the final straw. Super rude staff, looked like they were all hung over and having a bad day. Then to top it off, my food (which is the only reason I come back), was awful!! Turkey cut super thick, bread tasted stale, cheese was hard in the edges like it was sitting out too long. Such a disappointment. I heard there is new owners so maybe that’s it? Such a shame for such a great place it use to be.

I used to frequent here often but hadn't been in about a year. I ordered the Lori as usual and when I got home i got a completey different sandwich then what I ordered and bread was super hard on the top and soggy on the bottom. super disappointing

I went in on Saturday it was about a 15 minute wait to take my order. Another 10 minutes for my one sandwich. I got the Aurora, it ended up being too much meat and the bread was mushy. Not good. Too crowded.
