The coffee is fantastic, the people are even better, but the cause is the best part!

Excellent coffee and an even more amazing mission. 100% of profits support victims of human trafficking. I will definitely be back! They also have super cute handmade gifts made by survivors. Highly recommend! Forget Starbucks. Stop here instead before heading over to Target or Hallmark or wherever else you like to visit in Hartland :)

I fully support the idea and concept of this business but the efficiency and execution needs to be improved. I don’t want in any way for this to seem like a rant, I just want to give supportive feedback.

1. My biggest issue was that my espresso was burnt. The whole reason I came here (out of my way from traveling) was for this product from this unique cafe. I am very disappointed that this happened. My husband’s espresso in his latte was not burnt so I know it just happened to be that the one double shot for mine was over extracted. My drink was undrinkable.

There was one girl making all of the drinks and I feel like if there were more employees helping with that process, this would not have occurred.

2. This is just a tip but not crucial: The look of the shop could use some improvements (empty matcha container, random coffee bags out, etc.) The appearance seemed a bit cold with everything just black and white and sort of bare. I think there is a lot of potential here though, I love the coffee labels as well.

3. The guy taking orders wasn’t very attentive, again it was busy and there were only two people working. This should be the first thing when a customer comes to the counter they feel welcome.

I hope this business can make improvements and I really want it to succeed, especially for the fact that you are giving all of your profits to support victims and survivors of human trafficking.

Very Nice coffee shop, they give it 100% of their earnings to fight against human-traffic. Is a very good place not only to grab a coffee but also to support this cause. Besides that amazing thing, they also serve very tasty coffees, bagels, etc
