Went there this AM and ordered a large coffee with vanilla and cold foam. Sign said 3.95 & .52 up charge. They charged me 5.98 and I asked them why they upcharged me and to look at the price on the screen, amilia said if you don’t want it then leave. Shut the window in my face. I would NOT recommend.

Google said they closed at 8pm, I was up there at 6:40pm... The case with the donuts was completely empty. I asked if they sold out of ALL the donuts. They proceeded to tell me that they close in 20 minutes and that they threw all the donuts away! I do not recommend this Tim Hortons ever to anyone!

My ice cream was sprinkle soup. I should have known better when he couldn't even scoop it out without it pouring out of the scoop. It was supposed to be a birthday cake flavor with cookie dough, frosting and sprinkles, there was ONE tiny peice of dough, way too many sprinkles. Very disappointing for $7 for a medium size of liquid ice cream. Wish I would have taken a picture of how bad it was.

Don't get anything here. The employees don't wash their hands, let alone use gloves, nor do they take out the trash. Constantly overflowing. They also vape when they believe no one is looking. I wouldn't be surprised if they used water to clean things, instead of actual sanitizing solutions. Avoid at all costs.

Service is bad. I tolerated it for months because I love the coffee, I went everyday. Today, I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru, never happened so I pulled up to the pick up window. Lady asks if I had placed an order. Obviously not, since I'm the only customer in the place. Told her I hadn't but have been waiting 10 minutes at the order screen. I got a huge eye roll and a flustered grunt, "ughhh, whatta ya want?" And, now I'm done with the place.

Asked for cheese and bacon on a bagel and was told that's not possible because that's considered breakfast and they don't serve breakfast after 3. I could however get cheese on a bagel and a side of bacon, but they couldn't put the bacon on the bagel because there was no button on his computer to allow him to put bacon on a bagel only on the chibatta bread. I asked to speak to a manager, because I was hoping to talk to someone with a tiny bit of common sense. The 12 year old looking kid I was dealing said he was the person in charge. So I ended up getting a side of bacon and a bagel with cheese and had to assemble my sandwich when I got home.Tim Hortons really needs to do a better job hiring/ training. After dealing with 2 different locations trying to get a bagel with cheese and bacon the amount of stupidity I encountered made my brain hurt. I've also lost a little more hope for our planets survival.

Worst experience at a tim Hortons for our family to date.Both of our drinks were wrongly made, we were treated poorly and very unprofessionally by the tall teen male employee with braces. and we had to wait at the window for almost 10 minutes while we watched 4 teenage employees laugh together doing absolutely nothing.I wouldn't have written this review had it not been for the treatment we received at the window.
