I started going to this location a few times a week, about 6 months ago. The other day, my coffee was served without the requested Splenda, boiling, and with the lid smashed on in a manner that caused the boiling coffee to spill all over me. I called (apparently the wrong) Tim Horton's to complain and they said they'd replace it for me next time. I arrived back today, gave my name, and my story, and was harassed and interrogated like I was making up a story for a free coffee. This was beyond unacceptable. There are 2 Tim's located on the same road within 5 miles of one another, surely the staff and ownership should have understood this as the case and not harassed me. Never going back to this location again. I'll spend the $10 a week plus tips that I was spending there elsewhere. DON'T LOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER OVER BEING A ...

Worst place I ever been at the help can't understand English and can't get an order right then argued with me about but I ordered charged me 4.99 for a wrap that was clearly cheaper on the menu i asked for mayo and they couldn'teven get that right . I think they over charge and pocket the money . I would go hungry before I ever go back . Costumer service was the worst I ever experienced.

I was served the worst iced latte I've ever had here. Staff were friendly, but the drink was terrible. That's $5 literally poured down the drain.

Girl never gave back my debit card and tried to call them when i realized it was missing. They don't answer their phone!!! At all! Tried to call for 15 minutes and they just let it ring! Had to drive all the way back across town to talk to them. They said they didn't have it. Couldnt be anywhere else and they were clueless. This locations coffee is always tepid and full of grounds. Will never go to this location again!
Love this place, they always rush you while ordering your items. No need to be grumpy.
Disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons. While waiting at the drive-thru window, I noticed an older gentleman behind the counter organizing trays of donuts with his bare hands—no gloves, no tongs—just touching multiple donuts directly. It was really off-putting and made me question the food safety practices at this location.
To make matters worse, the woman working the window was extremely rude. She handed me my coffee without a sleeve, then slammed the window shut before I could even ask for one. When I sat there trying to politely get her attention, she looked visibly irritated before finally responding.
Not the level of service or cleanliness I expect from Tim Hortons. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
I placed a mobile order and order the same days each week to the point the team recognizes me. However today they could not find my order. Asked me if I wanted the other order under same name. I told them I am not taking another persons order. Which leads me to believe they may have made a mistake in giving out my order and will not make it right. Regardless I showed them my app receipt showing order along with location. They said they could not make for me. Only other option is to re order my order and have to pay once again. Then who will cancel my order? That would be me the consumer that did their part already. I am asking for someone to make this right. First by refunding my order and speaking with location. Is it that difficult to make it right these days?
Also, Tim Hortons online ‘customer service’ said I have to go to that location to get my refund. Hard to do when they wouldn’t do it when I asked for either my order I refund at the time. No worries though, they issued me 50 points. That doesn’t cover a basic coffee.
On another note they are not consistently using the sip 2 win cups during promotion on applicable items.

I usually stop here on my morning commute, however as of late the staff has been rude and short, terrible customer service after years of going here I will no longer go to this location. Please train your employees on customer service prior to allowing them to interact with customers as I am sure this has turned off A LOT of customers to this location. Good luck.
They are all very rude in there, my sandwitches are always half burnt, and this morning my husband ordered a coffee, when he got it and tried to take a sip, it was cold. Worst Tim Hortons ever.
The blonde female in her 20s working the drive through at 0930 this morning was extremely rude to the customer ahead of me, myself, and the customer behind me. I'm not sure if it's to due her lack of people skills, lack of life experience, or she was just having a bad day. Perhaps some remedial customer service training could do her some good or relocating her to an area of the store where she doesnt interact with the general public.
