Service is bad. I tolerated it for months because I love the coffee, I went everyday. Today, I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru, never happened so I pulled up to the pick up window. Lady asks if I had placed an order. Obviously not, since I'm the only customer in the place. Told her I hadn't but have been waiting 10 minutes at the order screen. I got a huge eye roll and a flustered grunt, "ughhh, whatta ya want?" And, now I'm done with the place.

Asked for cheese and bacon on a bagel and was told that's not possible because that's considered breakfast and they don't serve breakfast after 3. I could however get cheese on a bagel and a side of bacon, but they couldn't put the bacon on the bagel because there was no button on his computer to allow him to put bacon on a bagel only on the chibatta bread. I asked to speak to a manager, because I was hoping to talk to someone with a tiny bit of common sense. The 12 year old looking kid I was dealing said he was the person in charge. So I ended up getting a side of bacon and a bagel with cheese and had to assemble my sandwich when I got home.Tim Hortons really needs to do a better job hiring/ training. After dealing with 2 different locations trying to get a bagel with cheese and bacon the amount of stupidity I encountered made my brain hurt. I've also lost a little more hope for our planets survival.

Worst experience at a tim Hortons for our family to date. Both of our drinks were wrongly made, we were treated poorly and very unprofessionally by the tall teen male employee with braces. and we had to wait at the window for almost 10 minutes while we watched 4 teenage employees laugh together doing absolutely nothing.I wouldn't have written this review had it not been for the treatment we received at the window.

Your usual Tim Hortons with plenty of extra space and seating available. Connected to a cold stone creamery. Fuel up with Shell gasoline and some coffee.

A relaxing place to visit and drink coffee. They have a pretzel bagel that's very delicious. They're honey doughnuts are also delicious.Vegetarian options: I go to Tim Hortons to have coffee and a bagel with a doughnut. Very delicious. Coffee was made just the way I asked.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Plenty of ice cream and seating. Nice place to sit down with your kids and have some ice cream. Very friendly staff. Welcoming place to sit

I used to go every day for an iced tea until they went out for me too something to for some thing overnight. I had a house full of company and went to a different store. The Creations and they were closed so I went to Tim Hortons. I got a dozen donuts and four bagels and she said that’s $31. I was shocked. I have, seven of the donuts left they were awful. I don’t know what it is. People like about Tim Hortons but their donuts are the sweetest worst donuts ever and their prices are ridiculous. I will never go back.

I've been here many times and it's always been fine. The staff are nice (not overly), and the food and coffee is great. However, we stopped by on Christmas Eve Day, just for a tea and coffee. How on Earth can a large plain iced tea cost OVER FOUR DOLLARS? I understand the principals of inflation, but this is absolute price gouging. Will not return, which is a shame, because it is right next to the highway and convenient. Do better franchise owner.

Pricing is $5 more for a dozen donuts than Ann Arbor. $19.99 for a dozen donuts. I’ve seen better pricing at the airport on Christmas Eve. Not really, but I’d imagine
