Horrible service. Ordered a decaf coffee.The guy that took my order seemed very annoyed by the fact the I tried to make sure that the coffee is indeed decaf.He made sure to tell me that I already specified that I want a decaf coffee.I'm am pretty sure that working in the food industry requires some level of knowledge about certain dietary restrictions and the consequences that can occur if someone if served something that can potentially dangerous for them.

Tried catering again today for a local business, waited in line (no big deal) got to the counter at about 9:45, had a catering pick up scheduled for 9:30 - the lady told me it would be another 15 minutes and laughed and stated “well it came in 10 minutes ago” when I kindly said back “it was ordered three days ago for a 9:30 pick up so I’m just confused” - very rude staff, not on it. Recommend supporting anyone else local in Howell especially for your business events.

Have a sign advertising two dollar lattes after 1 PM and won’t honor it. They say it’s only through the app, but the app doesn’t have it even though they have an advertisement on their window, saying two dollar lattes after one.

Love this location. You may not as the line raps a while around the building. However, the donuts are on point ! And the extra large darkroast with a shot of exspeso is the yummy.. butt also just the dark roast alone is wonderful and I'm serious. A bit pricey . There is a connection to bathroom with use of store gas station entrance also shopping for expensive goodies they dont have coffeeat the gas station inside in Tim Hortons has coffee and donuts you can walk in . Parking at front and side of both sides of building also many gas pumps and also an electric charge station and air tire fill . There is a lowest, pet store also a Walmart across the parking lot with a white castle , Kentucky fried chicken and McDonald's, Taco belle and Meijer is directly across from Walmart. There is a chase ATM across the street from speed way on Grand river . And also a air fill station in the parking lot of tire service station. Have a blessed day to all .

We ordered a large chai tea vanilla, and got less then half of the cup full. The other large carmel late was a full cup. Order time bits and didn't have, so they offer me donuts instead.
