When I tried to park and go in...I wasn't allowed entry. They told me it was due to only 2 employees working. Not good business policy that doesn't allow the customer to enter. Bad enough that they do not open until 6am

I ordered a regular chili, bagel and Diet Coke on 10/22/25 through the app. When I got there, the didn't have any chili so I just received the bagel and drink and was told they couldn't refund my money because they had already processed the order. I contacted customer service and was given points but apparently I can't redeem them for the chili so I'm out $5.99. I've never had a restaurant steal my money. I'll never go to Tim Horton again.

Save yourself the disappointment and go to Panera down the street. The only reason I went here this morning was because Panera was temporarily closed due to no hot water. Tim Hortons does not know what toasted means apparently and also you can get the same order at Panera for 60 cents more and the latte is 100x better and twice the size.

Honest review-I used to go here daily and stopped when prices were raised and when every visit became inconsistent. I’m less than a mile away and I’ll drive further to DD. It’s been probably more than a year before returning this week and I won’t be back. 3 visits in one week- 3 orders wrong. No one wants their coffee order wrong. Most don’t have time to return for it to be corrected.

Drive thru crew SCREWED UP MY ORDERS.. i tild her specifically 2 coffee ( 1 was 1 cream only and the other is triple triple) but when i got home my husband tasted the sugar. My wasn’t taste the normal 3ple2x . I also saw her laughing not even apologizing for the mistake she did. How could she be on the customer service if she doesn’t know how to interact with customers. I don’t pay for nothing , i pay because i love the service and the quality of food. But in this location the customer service i had was HORRIBLE. September 15,2025.
