Very frustrating when store hours on maps says closes at 9 you drive to store only to find out the girls were cleaning but turned us away 20 minutes before 9pm.

My wife and I both ordered smoothies at around 5 pm on February 16th. Mine was sitting on the pickup shelf when I walked in. I was immediately greeted and asked the name for the other pick-up, which I gave. I was told it was being made now. So far so good..... There were 3 young ladies working and a young man. The 3 females then went in back leaving the guy by himself. I'm not sure if he was new or what, but he just kept checking blenders and when someone walked in he'd take their order and go back to checking blenders. Never actually pouring anything into a cup. This went on for a solid 6-7 minutes. Then the ladies came back out and mostly talked for 4-5 minutes. After 13-14 minutes I finally got my wife's smoothie which was just sitting in a blender this entire time. We order ahead for a reason. The smoothies were good, but come on now. Just pour it in a cup already so I can leave!

We met Maya with her great smile and friendly personality today. My smoothie is hard to make smoothly with the chocolate, banana , peanut butter and Splenda. I commented to Maya that we had problems with it being way too thick, Maya said, "Don't worry I've got this". The smoothie was perfect. Thanks Maya we appreciate your service and smile!

This place is actually so good ,great service, I have only ever had the chicken pesto it is so delicious and also the blueberry bliss I would recommend and when we ordered it only took about 10 mins for a chicken pesto , blueberry bliss , cheese quesadilla , and mango magic I am def gonna come

Ordered online Nov. 6. 2023 for 2 Flatbread and 2 smoothies to be picked up at 11:30am. Order came through late, time got changed to 12:30, web site glitch perhaps??? Paid for BTW. Got there at 11:40 am and no order was ready. Gave order #, was told that would do them no good. Tried to say I must have not ordered at the correct store....WRONG! Ordered again and assured that if in deed charged twice, they would credit. Girl gave me my bag, get to my destination and NO FOOD. So after ordering twice, I was charged twice, and still no food, only smoothies! They did credit for the online order, and the one I ordered in store received credit for food only. My husband should have received credit for EVERYTHING!!!! That's just good business, and I've been in the bar grill biz a long time. That place would not have missed the ingredients to make two smoothies! Never will I go there again. BTW, this place was not busy at all, so there's that!!!!!!

I typically stop by to grab food and a smoothie on my way to work. Usually, I am always happy with the food. Though, today was a little disappointing. My quesadilla was cut awkwardly with one large slice and a bunch of smaller ones. Typically, this wouldn’t be an issue but each piece heated up differently (the bigger slice took longer than the rest and it was just a lot of waiting while on my lunch break). I also wasn’t given a straw for my smoothie though, as I was in a hurry for work, I couldn’t go back to get one. It was just an awkward experience today but they were in a rush when I went in to pick up my food, so it’s alright.

I'm taking a course at the EMS headquarters and I started coming here on my lunch break. The gentleman with the beard is great! He is always pleasant. On the other hand, the girl that usually works with him slams my food down on the counter everytime. It's not even busy. It only takes 0.5 seconds longer to carefully place my order on the counter without tipping over the contents within the bag. Big mess.
it was free smoothie day and my friend who went before me didn't have sandles either but the register lady with a pink hat gave him a free smoothie and not me. i think it's because i'm half black and i don't think that's cool at all.

The employees in here are super nice. We walked in VERY last minute to close thinking they were open an hour later. We didn’t notice until one of them shut the sign and locked the door. They didn’t complain or hesitate to take our order and still made us feel welcome to grab our smoothies! Thank you ?

Absolutely love coming to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I always try to make smoothies at home but they never compare. They have a very inclusive menu and so many flavors for smoothies. I always get the strawberry daiquiri and it never disappoints. I would say that their prices are a little high, but when you take into consideration the prices of drinks at Starbucks and other cafes it’s very reasonable. :-)

This place is a nightmare. I ordered food on their mobile app, which was confirmed and paid for, only to discover the restaurant was closed. The employees inside ignored me and unplugged their phone. It has taken multiple calls for days to get someone to answer. When I explained my situation I was told “we can refund you if you want.” Charging people for food they did not receive is illegal. I would highly recommend avoiding this location.
