⭐☆☆☆☆ Outrageous Prices & Rude Service
Went here yesterday with my wife and two kids. Ordered a small cup of Superman ice cream, a medium yogurt cone, a small half-and-half cone, and a small flavor burst — total came to $15. I asked for a receipt and was told they “couldn’t” give me one. Asked to have the total recalculated, and the employee flat-out refused. The ice cream and supplies might have cost them $2.50 total. Completely unprofessional staff, zero transparency, and ridiculous prices. We won’t be back.

Ordered an ice cream cone swirl dipped in nuts plus a bunch of other ice creams get my cone and it’s about to fall off the cone. I was asked if I wanted a bowl but if I wanted a bowl I would have got that. Who gives some one a cone that’s falling off

I was just there today always have great experience today I ordered small strawberry sundae for my 5 year old who has a peanut allergy and while eating her ice cream we found what looked like a nut in it. I asked the girl about it she said that's not a nut but idk what it is 🤔 I brought it home and it tastes like a walk but I saved a piece of it. I'm really unhappy she could've gotten deathly sick. So hopefully this post reaches a manger or someone high up thanks
