Great Food Always!!! Regarding service however, the day shift provides much better service than the evening team. They both serve the same quality of food, but the evening shift lacks the leadership and organizational skills that the day shift possesses. I love White Castle and I am so thankful there is one in Howell MI but I recommend you go before 5pm.

First time having white castle. I mean it served it's purpose of filling me up. Was interesting to say say the least. Skip the chicken rings, tasted like nothing at all, which was very strange.

Yall have kids running the place. They’re slow as heck. People were pulling out of line even. It wasn’t even busy! Three orders total, and one left over it! Shouldn’t take 30 dang minutes! Watched all the kids running back and forth laughing in the windows. The cashier was nice, wasn’t rude or anything, but absolutely ridiculously slow, with 3 orders total. Get some dang adults in there.

Would like to give a good review but today was just so slow. Both workers moved like snails. Had a simple order of 3 sliders, onion chip and a coffee. Was only 1 other customer waiting and no one in the drive thru. Waited over 10 min for my food. No drink.. Asked about the coffee and he then went about making coffee (there was none made) and neither thought to check until i asked for it again. Waited another 5 min for that and not even a 'sorry' from either staff person. With that kind of service, It'll be a long time before I go back. Not sure if the other person ever got their food.....they were still waiting.

They're selling low quality meat at All White Castles restaurants. It doesn't even taste like it's real meat. DISGUSTING!!! 🤢🤮🤢🤮
When I pulled up to the window I was notified that the waffles were either out of stock or discontinued, which sucks because that's literally why I chose White Castle in the first place, and after sitting there like a deer in headlights not knowing what I wanted to do because the employee told me no refunds, she offered to give me two more of the Bacon sliders I had also ordered. I begrudgingly accepted because I didnt really have many other options to go with, but in hindsight I now realize that I was actually given something of lesser value than the waffle sandwiches I wanted. To make it worse, NONE of the sliders were prepared with the ketchup, mustard and pickle I had requested, which honestly ruined the meal at this point and I had to go get something else from somewhere else. What a terrible experience all around, I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated.

This is a relatively newer restaurant and was very clean inside. The cashier and crew members were polite. My hamburgers were made fresh and I received my take out order in a short amount of time.

The place is very dirty. The floors were sticky with black filth everywhere. The young crew took no pride and I could even think about using the bathroom facilities. The whole place needs an update. Wallpaper peeling off the wall a once fire place looks as dirty as the floors. Who ever owns this needs to open your eyes do better and have pride in the restaurant you operate. Never again!! Made we think twice about what I was putting in my mouth 🤢
