9:00 on a Monday night, line starting to build up. Two young ladies working alone. Serena and Joyce handled it like a pro! I mean they took orders and got food out in less than 10 minutes. Person in front of me ordered a crave case, I ordered a crave case as well, line behind us growing longer. Very polite women! Keep up the hard work ladies, retail, customer service, and fast food mixed is one hell of a job cocktail and you handled it amazingly!

I love me some WC. We were there at 11pm and they had to refire the grill (close at midnight) but was worth the wait. The staff were friendly and didn't mind the refire. The food was delicious.

I was the first customer of the morning. Dirty greasy counter at register, dirty tables in dining room, floor dirty, men's room was nasty.

The food wasn't bad, it tasted overall fresh and had decent flavor. The lobby was in quite sad disrepair. The cooking area didn't appear as bad but they need wallpaper repair, the floor was sticky in every area, dirt and dust was visible under the lesser used tables, the soda machine had not been cleaned correctly in a while, there was food residue on several random surfaces, (tables, signage, chairs, counters, floors, and walls).
They need help bad, I wish the one in South Lansing hadn't fallen into this situation and worse years ago, and now this one is showing signs they are having difficulties.
Please, someone save this castle and get it back to the standard for original sanitary cleanliness, the one thing White Castle was built upon!

Two coworkers and I went to this place 4/8/25 one of us had 10 cheese sliders. One of us had two of the 1921 sliders and one had half of a double cheese slider. Two of us now have food poisoning and feel like death washed over the third even with only half a slider feels uneasy. The restaurant it self was dirty crumbs and sauce containers scattered across multiple tables. Bathroom at least the males looked like someone took a muddy rag and helicoptered it around with the goal of covering every surface in mud and dirt. To top it off service was incredibly slow and had what seems like a complete lack of training.

I have frequented this location quite a few times. Could be cleaner, but the food is always good. Unfortunately, the pop machine was out of ice and half the soda selection. They gave me like 10 cubes of ice max from behind the counter 😩 so warm pop it was..
