Waited for ten minutes without even being greeted while 3-4 employees avoided all eye contact. First time I’ve ever had to just “leave”. Terrible service

Waited 20 min at the counter to place an order before I spoke up and majority of the crew saw me standing there and no one asked if iv been helped befor speaking up he apologized saying they were busy when they only had 4 cars in the drive thru then had to wait another 20 min to get my food Mc Donald's has over 10 cars at a time in their drive through and never have to wait that long and some employees had attitudes what a shame i remember when this place first built no one ever had to wait that long no matter how many cars there were

So incredibly slow. was starving so I decided to stop there after waiting in line for 5 minutes with a car in front of me that they couldn't even be bothered to take the order for I drove away. Same thing happened last time I was here they must only have one person working

Literally the dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Anything that can have caked on urine, has caked on urine. The urinal, floor, and walls all have caked on pee because no one wants to step anywhere near it. Pretty shocking to see.

I am not sure why all the bad reviews. I went on fathers day to get a craver case of 30 and they were absolutely nothing but nice and helpful. Service was quick, other cars there in line - food was hot, zero issues and a happy dad !
the double bacon slide was ok, but the fries was cold the strip claims was ok but not worth price to high. I will never go back we had to wait almost 30 min for our food it seem drive thru was more important than us so I will not return there anymore

Slow. Everything is slow. The people that work there move at a snails pace. It takes ten minutes for them to understand a basic order. There was a line to the door and not a care in the world by the staff. The girl who took my order was definitely on some sort of drugs
