Wife and I went to the Hartland location on 2/28 to give it a try. Hostess was pleasant and the place wasn't real busy. Once we sat down we waited a bit for the waitress to come. First interaction was nice and we ordered our drinks. They seemed to be setting up for some kind of band and were moving things all over the place. Luckily it was right behind us so the dragging of tables and constant bumping my chair added to the ambience of live entertainment.
We ordered an appetizer (Chips Fiesta) and when it finally came it was a decent amount of chips with a bowl of cheese and a bowl of salsa. Both tasted like they were fresh out of the glass tostitos jar but it was ok. Our waitress was either preoccupied with the band or sitting at a table by the wall and couldn't seem to care less that we were ready to order. Once we ordered the Wife got wings and I got a chicken sandwich with fries. Waited quite a while even after our 1st drinks ran out for food. The runner brought us our food and she was very nice. Asked if we needed anything else and I told her our waitress so we could get more drinks. Waited a while (at least 10 minutes)for the waitress to show back up and had time to admire the food.
I will start with the plus. Fries were seasoned curly fries and they were on point, Perfect. Unfortunately that is it. Wings were drowning in a pool of grease and the 2 sauces the Wife had ordered and really had no flavor. The chicken sandwich looked like it belonged on one of those Sarah McLachlan homeless dog commercials. Flat patty (Maybe 1/4 inch) with a crunchy and stale bun. No tomato, no lettuce and just a kiss of sauce on the bottom bun. Talk about bait and switch from the menu pictures. I mean how does a wing place mess up wings and a chicken sammy? I ate the fries and waited for our waitress (all of 15 minutes) to come by to ask her what is this chicken sandwich.... We still had no drinks by the way. I showed her and she apologized and got me a dish of the fixins so I could make my own $16 sandwich.
The wings were not good at all so my Wife only had a few which is good because she ended up throwing them up after we got home. They were super greasy and looked like they were dumped in the basket with a ladle full of sauce dumped on each pile of wings.
Service was terrible and outside of the fries the food was the same. If you are one of those people who likes poor service and bad food but only if it is expensive then I would suggest you go here. We were not the only table having issues by the way. Maybe it was an off night or maybe the music thing coming in was too much but the overall experience was garbage. Add on that and early evening due to puking and you have yourself one humdinger of a recipe for bad review. I have stopped in here a few times for a drink at the bar but never ate. Thankful for that. Potential for this place is huge but the current execution will leave you writing a bad review while your Wife pukes in the other room. Go somewhere else
If I could give if negative Stars I would, absolutely worst service ever! Sticky floors and no leadership for the kids working

Super disappointed with their food. Both my husband and I ordered chicken sandwiches. The photo showed this huge beautiful thick chicken sandwich. When the food came out, the chicken was about a quarter inch thick. Hardly any sauce, and the bun was rock hard. I got fries as my side and they were very stingy with them and they were way over seasoned. Had given this place a second chance, but there’s no third chance in the future.

We’re from out of town and were craving wings so we searched a good wing spot in the area. We chose this place because their rating was above 4 and it was also called WINGS etc so we figured this is what they specialize in. We purchased 50 wings (4 flavours) and fries for take out. The wings were dry and chewy, the flavours weren’t even fully coated on the wings, it’s like they were in a rush and just drizzled it on top for us to toss and coat ourselves. Or Maybe the chef last night was in training? I don’t know, there were 5 of us eating them and disappointed especially with how hungry we all were, it was too chewy that we couldn’t finish. Maybe their high rating was for service (the male host was friendly and adorable), atmosphere and other dishes but certainly not for their wings.

We are regular customers and love ordering from Wings Etc. We ordered a carry out for 6 people today. Everything was amazing with the exception of the salad; it was very disappointing. I called right away and the Manager came out and delivered a replacement within minutes. Great service and an amazing way to handle the part of the order that was substandard.
So the food here is great! When they get your order right! Been here like 8 times and 5 of the times they have royally messed up my order. The service is kinda slow too. Drinks are very good on the strong side however. Other than that pretty good...
UPDATE...I came back yet again..like an idiot thinking that they could properly make my meal without screwing it up! Hahaha yea never ever coming back here!!! Yet again disappointed

The place is very appealing. The food was excellent. My negative comments are geared to the choice of wine. As a wine drinker the choice of the cheapest brand they chose to offer was Barefoot. I love a glass of wine with my meal so was very disappointed that a fine establishment like this would choose the worst brand on the market. Please upgrade so I can enjoy my meal with fine glass of wine. I am sure I am not alone.
We ate at the bar this time and were disappointed with the attitude of the bar staff. Not overly friendly. However the last time we ate in the restaurant area the waitress was friendly and accommodating.
We will try agsin and Hope to see some improvements.
