very disappointed with our order from Hudsonville Culvers tonight. placed an online order and was given a pickup time of 6:25pm. arrived at 6:20pm and hit the "I'm here" button on my Email. I also sent a reply to a text message "here".

I used to go to the Hudsonville Culver's very very frequently and now I will no longer be a patron. Stopped tonight for ice cream (1 scoop in a dish, 1 scoop in a cone - not complicated). When they brought out one scoop in a dish and I asked where my ice cream cone was, I was told that three people saw them give me my ice cream cone at the drive-thru window. Food takes WAY too long to get. Don’t go if you’re in a hurry. Wait at LEAST 20 minutes for food every time. Workers take their sweet time, yet don’t have enough time to check if the orders are correct. Seems like they just don’t care about their jobs there. Wouldn’t recommend.
