Only my add ons were put in for my order. After waiting around for 30 minutes after my pickup time, I was informed that my pizza order was never put in. They made a new pizza and jets bread. They gave me the original jet bread and a 2 liter of pop for my waiting and understanding. They wanted to give me a credit but I refused because I don't think that I will be going back.
I wasn't feeling the best, so I ordered jets to make dinner easier for my family. Not only was the pizza delivered 20 minutes before the estimated time, but the gal who delivered it was so kind and respectful with a huge smile on her face! Which is hard to find in customer service jobs nowadays! Would recommend every time!
Ordered a large Jet’s 10 thin crust pizza. Arrived to pick up pizza 1 minute past scheduled time and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later they pulled a pizza out of the warmer and called my name that pizza was ready. They didn’t know what happened. Did not have my salad ready to go with pizza either. Pizza was like room temperature by the time I got it home a few minutes later. Toppings were scarce. Same with the Greek salad. The cost of Jet’s Pizza...
