The delivery drivers are great, but anytime we’ve had to call with an issue, they answer without saying anything and then are rude and short over the phone. I’ve worked at a pizza place before, you don’t answer the phone and not say anything, and if you got their food wrong you are supposed to be apologetic, not annoyed that the customer brought it to your attention. I respect that they might’ve been busy but this has happened multiple times and the workers need to learn...
Benito’s in New Boston is awesome!!! The staff was very accommodating when I requested they bring my pizza out to my car for pickup. Delivery has always been swift and the deliverers professional.
They have never messed up my order, and always have topped and cooked my pizza to perfection! The vegetarian deep dish with feta cheese is a must try for veggie lovers!

Joe Rodriguez deserves a raise and good attitude and very fast, He's the best driver in my eyes and should be The best driver of the year, Great attitude friendly and always chipper, Benito's had a great drive, Wish him the best JR.
