I wasn’t going to post about it because I know mistakes happen. Today I ordered double cheese burgers with no pickles and a mocha frap because they ran out of the caramel. Well I found not one, but two hairs in my food today. One long brown hair in my cheeseburger and a shorter black hair in my mocha frap. I tried calling the restaurant but I got sent straight to voicemail, so I’ll just leave a review here about it hoping they see it.

Used to be fine to get food from, but lately it's been getting worse. Have had orders mixed up in the drive thru twice in the past two weeks. When I got my breakfast order this morning (after it had to be remade since it was handed off to someone else) and got back to work, I opened my sandwich and it was COMPLETELY drenched in whatever breakfast sauce they use.

It was OK. This location focuses mostly on kiosk ordering and its extremely difficult to get a person's attention. (They are working super hard and super fast). The McDonalds app no longer allows for a simple breakfast substitution, so speaking to a real person is a must.
