I'm a retired chef and this was probably the best breakfast we've had in this entire area! Fluffiest pancakes ever, and the same with the omelet, which is a multi step process, plus filling ingredients all sauted and in every bite. Fast, quality, service and the prices were very reasonable.

Wilson's Rivers Edge Restaurant offers amazing service and generous portions. The family-oriented spot serves good food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, sticking to Indian River tradition. Customers have praised the Cuban sandwich and the Club sandwich, both known for being stacked high and excellent in taste. Despite the wait during busy times, the quality of the food makes it worth it. The Sunday buffet features hot food, with standout items like soft and fluffy biscuits. They have managed to stay open even during the off-season, providing a variety of vegetarian options. Pricing is reasonable, often compared to many fast food places, ensuring a good value for the quantity and quality offered.
The restaurant is known for its consistent quality, with customers praising the breakfast burrito, biscuits and gravy, scramble, and Bloody Marys. The mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, cranberry relish, and stuffing have also received positive feedback. The white fish and fries were enjoyed, though the pie crust was a bit soggy. The service is described as good, and the large parking lot makes it easy for customers with campers.
