Had their catfish and was disappointed at how thin it was. It was like they turn one piece of fish into two. With prices going up, this is unacceptable

Got a two piece combo fish dinner fish was cold no taste french fries was hard cold and no taste not every again

Grabbed me and my son some wings lastnight as we eating my son started to vomit I checked the food the chickens was black and had a bad smell which they knew cuz how you cook old chicken then had the nerve to drown the wings in that salty lemon pepper them papers getting served this the second time I got some bad food first time I was by myself and the fish was old and smelled bad smh

It took along time to get my food. The chicken was hot & crispy but the lemon pepper seasoning was waaaaay to salty! The fries & cole slaw were both delicious!

lol where do I start? No one was at counter so I had to call and get 3 workers to come from the same area. (Mean while the cook just drank his drink and watched us wait). Captain Jays now gives their customers 60% less fries inside a small, cute container(pic provided) and now charges $2 more for the combo just to give less food. Let’s not even talk about my whole meal being cold. Not gonna lie, I’ll never come back. You’d be better off finding you a good gas station with good chicken and rock with that. Don’t come here if you get the combo meals.

I absolutely love your chicken. Anytime I ever have a big party I only order from you guys. Yesterday I threw a baby shower and ordered a lot and they went above and beyond and make sure there was enough hot sauce lol a whole bag of hot sauce. Thank you so much.

I wish I could give it negative stars. I got a chicken sandwich potato salad and banana pudding, and I ended up with the worst food poisoning I've ever gotten in life. I thought my insides were about to come out. I was absolutely miserable and pucking for 2 hole days and I was still down another day. I will never ever EVER be back.
