Dry, over cooked hibachi without seasoning. Spring rolls were miniscule and greasy. No safety tape for DoorDash. Went straight to garbage disposal after one bite.

If you want to over pay for nasty hospital food eat here. I just wasted $30 for food that I couldn’t swallow more than 3 bites. They claim it’s hibachi however what you get is unseasoned rice with steamed vegetables and three pieces of overcooked shrimp

Placed a DoorDash pickup order @11 (they close @12) they accepted the order, started making the order & I drove 23 mins to come pick up this order just for them to be closed?? Not only am I still hungry but now im pissed

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! My son called and ordered food and he told them he would pay when he got there they said ok and the food would be done in 25 mins we wait 25mins leave to go get our food for them not to even start our food yet because they didn’t have payment after they said it was ok wanted me to wait another 15/20 mins for our food I told them to shove that food where the sun doesn’t shine!! Waste of time and they will never have my son or my business again, and we always spend over 50.00 so their loss!! Definitely will be ordering our hibachi from a much nicer establishment for now on!!

Ordered my food at 11pm got to the door at 11:32pm they close at 12am they already had the doors locked I waved at the lady at the front counter signaling I had a call in she look right through me like I was invisible even though they’re sign still said open so I called once I got in the car and as soon as she answered I immediately got “we closed” than hung up before I could even say anything I come here at least twice a week and I always leave a tip I will never eat here agin they missed out on money and took a loss on wasted food and lost a loyal customer VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The place was not very welcoming, when I entered it has a raw fish house smell. Once I received my order I notice that there was lent(something hairy)in my food, I went to return it and showed them and they’re response was they don’t do returns. I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ITS NOT CLEAN AT ALL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I spent $30 on a meal that I was unable to eat. I’m digusted do not eat here.

I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money at this place. I ordered the full chicken hibachi meal, the chicken was dry and poorly seasoned. For a $22 meal that didn’t even fill up the small container they put it in. My daughter and I left wishing we had just gotten Chinese. Won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend. Save yourself a trip and just get Chinese somewhere else. Overpriced and unimpressive.

I’ve been going to this place for a while. The place started to go downhill when they would routinely forget the extra garlic sauce that I paid for. I used to get the large hibachi. I recently noticed that the last time I got a large, they changed the container to one that had a big divider in the middle of it. Making it a similar portion to the mini. So I started to order the mini. This last time I ordered…the mini came in a take out container that is much thinner and half the size for the same price like we wouldn’t notice. I’ll never order from here again. A deceptive business doesn’t deserve my money.

If you want BOILED CHICKEN AND SOGGY BROCCOLI THEN EAT HERE, why even say your hibachi if you’re not actually grilling the meats! Could have opened a can of dog food better than this. No seasoning and got sick after eating too!!! Never again!

No bathroom, horrible customer service, to worried about introducing her daughter who was in a bikini in the kitchen to other staff members instead of helping to cook orders when there were a bunch of us waiting over 20 minutes after when we were told it would be ready. Unprofessional and trashy vibes all around.
