I have ordered here numberous times. And between recieving the wrong food, burnt food, or the wrong order even though my conformation order and sticker both state exactly what I ordered... I am beyond disappointed. At this point the only reason I continue to order here was for the convenience. But there is zero convenience when you can't even get wing right.

Could have stopped at the grocery store and bought frozen pizza for half the price. It was frozen pre formed base with a few skimpy toppings dropped on top.
We do typically get pizza from a Papanos over by Crystal Mountain and it’s always been excellent.

Solid pizza options for families and delivered quickly during prime dinner hours.
My husband and I decided to give them another chance after a few years of not ordering from them. Last night we ordered 65.00 dollars worth of food that was delivered to our home. When we opened up the box of pizza and realized that only 1/2 of the pizza had cheese on it. I called the store to bring it to their attention and the nice girl on the phone apologized for the inconvenience and that she would have them make another pizza the correct way and would have it delivered to us. After waiting for over an hour and no pizza, I called them back. This time not so nice of an employee answered the phone and told us that the Manager on Duty decided that they we not going to make us another pizza. No call from them. I had to call. When I told them we had pictures of the pizza he told me to post them on social media. I swear you can't make this stuff up. We tried not to be those people who bash bad customer service on the internet but they have left us not alternatives. Sometimes giving business's a second chance is not worth it at all. Shame on management and ownership for allowing this to happen!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Update, they called and offered a refund and apology. Which was greatly appreciated. We have ordered from them for awhile and was shocked today, but the fact that they took time out of their busy night to call and make an effort to make things right speaks volumes.Ordered pizza tonight at 5:52pm to be delivered. I was quoted 45 minutes, after an hour and 20 minutes ( giving extra time knowing it’s Friday and busy) I call to inquire on where my order is to be told it is still sitting there and they have no one back to deliver it. Okay not major I live 5 minutes up the road I tell them I’ll come get it. Just to get there and see the order I spent $50 on has been sitting on the counter not even under the warmer and is cold because it sat that way for an hour.

Honestly, best pizza around! We used be regulars at jets, but A Papano’s out does jets by a landslide, in their customer service and the quality of the food they make! the food is always outstanding and cooked properly. The guys who work here know me by name, are great at making our food and if something is wrong with an order (which almost never happens) they always make sure to fix the issue or take care of it any way they can.
