The counter experience was a bit off putting, we waited for a personal conversation to end before we were recognized and our order taken. That said, it was a slow day and well after the lunch rush and there are no fast lanes in Interlochen.

This restaurant right outside of interlochen was such a nice find, it had a lot of great breakfast options and an attentive staff. I wish we would have come back for lunch or dinner.

This place should be amazing, the food is fine, the people are nice, but they are the consistently slowest restaurant I may have ever frequented. Talking 30 to 45 minutes to get your order, when the restaurant isn't even busy. Literally ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich for myself and a pancake for my kid last time. Every 15 minutes I checked on my order. The last time she found it sitting on the shelf. The food wasn't hot. This wasn't a one-off.

Coffee very weak, coffee gal isn’t friendly. Such a cute place but friendly staff and good coffee would make a huge difference

Pretty nice. Rustic. Very nice atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice patio. Looks like they have a drive thru, but maybe it's just a drive thru pickup, not sure.

Cute, clean rustic outdoorsy coffee/sandwich/sweet shop. Very friendly staff, good breakfasts and coffee. The Hershey chocolate cake was so good as was the Apple Pie Slab. The cashier warmed it up for me when I asked. They also have a nice outdoor eating area.

Bud’s is such an Interlochen staple — don’t know what I would do without it. Was a great spot to meet during summer camp and it’s such a large space that it never feels too crowded. Luckily it’s super close to campus and you can walk there!
