Don't go there unless u like old food.. days old bread ...and who knows alse what is old don't go there or any other sub way they are now owned bye Idia people can't understand them when they speak and they talk to a ear piece while im taking my order rude they are.... the food is horrible and higher price you are warned be aware

If all you want is to eat bread this is the place for you. The two rude male workers who didn’t understand English could not get an order right to save their lives. They PURPOSELY skimp in EVERYTHING. They had hardly any veggies and no cookies. I questioned them on the little amount of meat that was on the sandwiches and they just shrugged and said what next! They didn’t understand when I said I only wanted my meat and cheese heated up, but not toasted and then proceeded to put it on paper in the oven and scraped half of my meat in the trash. I paid $45 for complete garbage and threw mine out immediately!! I didn’t even try to eat it. Half the stuff looked expired anyway. This place should be shut down.

Sketchy Subway. We weren’t greeted. The 2 gentlemen working didn’t have a clue and couldn’t understand us. The door was propped open allowing flies and other insects to come in and land on food. The toppings didn’t look fresh. The worker had no idea what chicken salad was. We left and went somewhere else.
I entered Subway on a Saturday, early afternoon with 2 children with the attempt to purchase 4 subs. We waited almost 10 minutes for the gentleman in the back to finish up his conversation with someone as well as whatever else he was doing. My daughter had to use the restroom while we were waiting. The women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting with a completely brown toilet with no toilet paper to use. At this time I expected the gentleman to come to the front of the store to take our orders. He never came to the front. The kids certainly were not quiet so it’s not like he “didn’t hear us”. We obviously left and spent our money elsewhere. I guess this is why I always see this place empty. Giving them 1 star is being generous.
Slowest subway I’ve ever been to. One guy working on a Saturday and took me 30 mins to wait in line. He seemed like he didn’t care and was moving slow as a turtle 😅
I ordered an ultimate BMT salad. The guy gave me no lettuce with my salad I never once said no lettuce. I went back in and tried to rectify the situation and he was an absolute rude gentleman to me. I would highly recommend staying away from this establishment. The new owners are not any better than the old.

Worst Subway that I've been at in 30 years. Refused to make the subs my daughter ordered and still had the hall gall to ask her to pay.

The thing with picking to eat at Subway is that it should be just like every other Subway. Owners shouldn’t be skimming on meat to cut costs but I had 3 inches with no meat. When I asked about it he huffed and started talking in a foreign language

Is has the subway name but it's not subway. They're definitely skimping on the meats, that's why there is a shield, so you can't see it. I ordered the grilled chicken and usually you get 2 scoops, no I got 1 and it was spread across.
They also don't accept all coupons. Tried to use the 3 footlongs for $17.99 and they don't accept that one.

Our sandwiches did not have the meat they normally do. I always get the tuna which should be 4 full scoops of tuna for the footlong. I don't think there were even 2. My husband got the Philly which should have 3 trays of meat, not sure it even had 2. They keep the area with the meat blocked so you can't see what they are doing. Not happy when I paid 25 for 2 sandwiches! Won't go back!

Worst. Please sell it BACK. Or hire help. You’re not saving money with NO employees when you are loosing customers DAILY who wait 30-45 minutes for two subs. Unbelievable
Had a great experience at Subway Interlochen! The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. My sandwich was made just the way I wanted. A perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The new owners are awesome! I have had nothing but bad experiences here prior and the new owners are actually doing the job. Very happy to be going back to our local subway again!! It was also very very clean!
