It’s the old game of “What will the Interlochen Wendy’s be out of today?”…Sunday it was fries. Literally every time I’ve been there, they’re out of cheese…nuggets…….bacon…whatever. No other location is like this.
The last 3 times I have ordered a hamburger and say NO CHEESE, and every time they put cheese on it !! The girl even repeats NO CHEESE and they still put cheese on it. I'm done I ll go to Burger King or McDonalds up the road
they had this sweet old lady running around up front all by herself. she’s clearly in over her head struggling with 20 people in line and not one person could help her get caught up. the boy she asked for help blew up and said he wasn’t even supposed to be up there. the food was fine but seeing the staff put all that on the old lady is sad. she was making frostys and drinks, plus taking orders and bagging food then handing it out. i pray she’s able to retire soon other wise this job is going to kill her in the long run
First time here. We loved it! Great people
It's a nice place to get some food really fast. But make sure you have all your food cuz, we almost left the place without my 10 piece nuggets. But I did get due to the fact my cousin went inside to get them. But other than that fairly decent service.
If I could I would give negative stars! Twice in less than 2 weeks that I have paid a substantial amount of money for food, just to get home and have several items missing! Worst Wendy’s I’ve been too in quite a while!
Just went to get some dinner at 11:50pm. hours. Say they close at 1 AM ... I pull up to the drive through and a recording comes on and says they're closed??? Very disappointed I will not be back.
I got the wrong order already sitting 20 minutes waiting on just getting my order taken and only 2 cars be me
It's a shame this is the only Wendy's in a 5 mile radius from my house. The food is always good. Just expect to wait 20 mins in the drive thru.

12-23-24 the people who work here must be as useful as a poop flavored lollipop. Asked for a number 6 hold the egg. Got home all I had was nasty slimy egg in the wrapper...
Oh. My. God. If you’ve ever wondered what regret tastes like, let me direct you to Wendy’s in Interlochen. I decided to grace this establishment with my presence to try their much-hyped salted caramel Frosty. Big mistake. HUGE.
Since it was close to dinner, I figured I’d order something substantial – two single mushroom bacon burgers and a large fry. Guess how much this culinary nightmare set me back? Twenty-four dollars. That’s right, I paid $24 for what could generously be described as sad, shriveled up excuses for burgers.
The fries? Stone. Cold. I’ve had warmer handshakes at family funerals. And the Frosty? It tasted like someone melted a plastic Halloween decoration and sprinkled it with artificial sugar. If this is what passes for “food,” then humanity’s taste buds are in critical condition.
But here’s the kicker: this Wendy’s is ALWAYS busy! Who are these people? Are their taste buds broken? Are they just willingly spending their money on garbage because it’s trendy? The mind reels.
Honestly, it might be time to Make America Healthy and Smart Again. Or at least capable of recognizing edible food. Because I’m officially done with overpaying for lukewarm sadness served in a paper bag.

Edit to add: I sent an email to corporate who only replied a week later to let me know someone would be in contact. No-one contacted me back.
Confrontational, offensive employees. After waiting at the speaker in drive thru, I went to the window to see if the speaker was broken. A short dark haired lady began yelling at me about how they are short staffed and that I hadn’t waited long enough at the speaker (at least ten mins, no greeting). The other women told me to go back around the drive thru and refused to give a name or number for someone to talk to. She told me to get the app. I took a pic of the window with the QR code for the app and went inside to order. The front counter woman began screaming at me about how she was a minor and the dark haired lady from the window said “nuh uh, get out!” The other lady from the window accused me of video taping her staff. I took a picture of the closest receipt for a contact number. There were 4 employees, 2 customers besides myself and a car in drive thru. I’ve managed a fast food restaurant before and the customer service here is unacceptable and downright offensive with zero moral value or work ethic whatsoever.
For the time of day and pace of business at the time I arrived, they were NOT short staffed. I never got my order taken and even if I had, I’d be afraid of what they put in the food.

This review is for evening/night. The staff there does not care whatsoever. No, they are not understaffed either. Maybe they didn’t receive any training, I’m sure that’s what it is. Nothing in fast food should ever take 30 minutes at 10pm. It usually takes 10 minutes to even be greeted and when they do, they act they you’re bothering them. Super dirty inside, listen to your footsteps when you walk in there. Disgusting.
