If I could I would give negative stars! Twice in less than 2 weeks that I have paid a substantial amount of money for food, just to get home and have several items missing! Worst Wendy’s I’ve been too in quite a while!

Edit to add: I sent an email to corporate who only replied a week later to let me know someone would be in contact. No-one contacted me back.
Confrontational, offensive employees. After waiting at the speaker in drive thru, I went to the window to see if the speaker was broken. A short dark haired lady began yelling at me about how they are short staffed and that I hadn’t waited long enough at the speaker (at least ten mins, no greeting). The other women told me to go back around the drive thru and refused to give a name or number for someone to talk to. She told me to get the app. I took a pic of the window with the QR code for the app and went inside to order. The front counter woman began screaming at me about how she was a minor and the dark haired lady from the window said “nuh uh, get out!” The other lady from the window accused me of video taping her staff. I took a picture of the closest receipt for a contact number. There were 4 employees, 2 customers besides myself and a car in drive thru. I’ve managed a fast food restaurant before and the customer service here is unacceptable and downright offensive with zero moral value or work ethic whatsoever.
For the time of day and pace of business at the time I arrived, they were NOT short staffed. I never got my order taken and even if I had, I’d be afraid of what they put in the food.

This review is for evening/night. The staff there does not care whatsoever. No, they are not understaffed either. Maybe they didn’t receive any training, I’m sure that’s what it is. Nothing in fast food should ever take 30 minutes at 10pm. It usually takes 10 minutes to even be greeted and when they do, they act they you’re bothering them. Super dirty inside, listen to your footsteps when you walk in there. Disgusting.

Unorganized, slow, and very unhappy people. It took over 15 minutes before someone even came to take our order. Asked for no salt fries which got a sour look, and when they were ready (which took what seemed like forever), they sat under a light getting cold while we stood there trying to get someone's attention.

Assuming the owner or manager of this place really holds it up especially as a food service employee it's nice to have a positive upper staff. Haven't been let down by the food here yet

Always a long wait, even longer if you're inside. I've had 30+ min more than once and it wasn't particularly busy. It's also totally random whether they will have exotic ingredients like potatoes or chocolate in stock but you won't learn that until after you've ordered and paid. They still exist because they're the only game in town.

Absolute joke. Couldn’t get an order right if their life depended on it. Employees seem bothered that you’re even there. Restaurant is filthy. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It was open and we went through the drive through and the lady said neither inside and drive through was open and we asked why she said "I don't need to tell you" rudely and with an attitude
