I could hardly hear the young man taking my order. He got it all wrong, the burgers were supposed to be singles, he gave me doubles, the wrong pop. I didn't check things until I got home, 30 minutes away. I'll not go back to Ionia Michigan Culver'

Staff is very friendly, although our experience in the drive-through has been a bit slow in the past, when we dine inside, I NEVER have a bad experience. They are friendly, Professional, and have a very keen memory for details from prior visits.Kid-friendliness: They are very sweet/accommodating with kids here.

Sorry, I can't get on board with the extra greasy burgers. I have tried multiple times. They are just not for me.The salad was amazing and they actually give you more than enough dressing, which is rare.The cashier was friendly. The store seemed clean although I just did take out.It's a bit more pricey than most fast food so I rarely go...Parking: There is a ton of parking in their free lot.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe this location is fully wheelchair accessible.

We had the walleye dinner. Not counting the bones and scales, it was good. It is nice that you can substitute the sides.
Easily could be a 5/5 stars. Good food custard could be better. Simply mixing in the toppings so the bottom 1/3-1/4th has something ofter than custard would be great. Attention to detail from the employees needs to start at the management level and work it's way down. Custard is too expensive to half a$$ it.
