I would have given them 5 stars but when our food was delivered I told the girl that an item was missing she said we didn't order it so I showed her the receipt and then she gave me a dirty look went back and got the order, but came out with a pleasant look then. In addition to that the couple we were with ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and they were not fully cooked. The staff offered to replace the sandwiches.
Well they did forget my water, but so did I 🤪 the young black lady who took our order and helped us at the window was so pleasant and had such a beautiful smile. Her attitude was contagious. I should have gotten her name. She's a great asset to the company!
Always a good visit at Ionia Culver's. I have a large family and they nail our order every time. Every person at the speaker on the drive thru are always above and beyond friendly. Always recommend!!!
