The patrons tonight included a young man, maybe mid-20’s who stood up to thank a veteran for his service as he was leaving his dining table by himself. This was an important time and place for us because I was their ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher back in the 1983-84 school year!! After finding out where we were supposed to go abruptly went out of business - leaving us stranded less than a week ago - the team at Strawberry Fields took care of us.
