Sent multiple messages asking if they could accommodate gluten free. After multiple “auto reply” messages I received a message from a person to “ask my waitress.” No thanks, not going to a restaurant not knowing if I can eat there.
Terrible went here waited over 2 hours for our food. At about an hour they said our food was next at the two hour mark our food was third in line. Terrible service asked for a manager and nothing this place needs new owners or to just shut down
Atmosphere is awesome, beyond that the place is horrible. Food was cold, service was terrible. It’s too bad they don’t fix the issue. The place could be a great place to go!!! Very disappointing, won’t be back!!!

Overall, Island Grill is a great spot to enjoy drinks, chill out, and take in the lively lakeside ambiance, especially with live music on some weekends.
