French dip and onion rings were really good. Disappointed in the cole slaw, perch, and potatoes. Potatoes were overcooked with very little seasoning, Perch was just okay... we have had it in the past and it was very good. Maybe just one of those days, lol. Cole slaw was dry. Will definitely give it another try.

Driving through town and we decided to stop for lunch. The hot turkey sandwich and the boneless wings were pretty good. Big portions.Good service by the cute waitress Would definitely go back to try something different

Dirt parking lot, outdated interior and typical menu and beer selection for the area. I'd be nice to give the place a facelift with some paint and maintain the outside a little better to make the place look more inviting.
Have been a frequent patron here over the past year and a half. Recently came for dinner on a Friday night. The food was good, but the customer service is where I had my first issue at Off The Hook. The regular meal I order is listed at $14.99 on the menu. When I received my bill, the food item was charged at $16.98. When I asked about the discrepancy, my waitress informed me that the machine factors in tax when listing the item on the bill, which did not make sense to me with a MI 6%. My subtotal (after the pre-listed tax) was also taxed, meaning my total bill was double taxed. When I attempted to ask the manager on duty for an explanation of my bill, I was immediately greeted with, "we're busy." It was a Friday night, but the restaurant and bar were at half capacity. When I asked again for an explanation, the manager did not give me one but instead told me that the bill and machine were correct, in a belittling attitude. I'm not sure if the staff had a bad day, but it's unacceptable to treat patrons that way.
All in all, the discrepancy was only over a handful of dollars. However, it's the principle. The way I was treated by the staff was ridiculous. I will be avoiding this restaurant in the future.
