I go here every couple of years, because our eye Dr. is located in the area.We live out in K. I. Sawyer, so it's a bit of a long drive, otherwise we'd eat there at least once a month as a treat. The food has always been excellent and the servers always seemed genuinely happy and banter with coworkers and us. It's a fun environment :) If you're in the area (Iron Mt., MI) try their Spicy Papa Burger, the best non-homemade burger I've had from a dine-in restaurant in years! Thank you! Oh and don't forget to ring the bell by the door on your way out, it said: Ring this bell if your visit was swell! I thought that sign was cute, my son rang it, he loved the corn dog bites experience, we've never seen them before, he said they were genius I agree, now I'm going to have to make my own homemade ones lol :)

Car hop experience. Look Forward to it every year. The only thing I was disappointed about was the old fashioned root beer they use to make, I ordered 2 gallons of regular and 1 gallon sugar free. Watched them start filling from the fountain machine not the single big handle homemade. If I wanted a&w soda from the fountain machine I would have gone to the gas station next door.

It was my first time at this location. I went inside to order a to go order, because they were very busy, also I noticed training new staff. I didn't see anyone get overwhelmed at all. That's amazing to see!! Food was delicious. I wish you were closer! Reason for the 4 stars is because my cheese curds weren't fresh, you could tell they've been sitting there. But I won't let that from stopping me from going if I am ever passing through again.

Ordered over an hour before hand, knowing they're busy, so they'd have plenty of time to get the order put together. Showed up on time and proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes before I got my order. Lesson learned, don't order ahead of time here because they won't start it until you show up anyway. Do better a&w. Do a LOT better.

This is like the A&W's of long ago. It's always busy and with good reason. Great food at great prices and the A&W is made fresh daily. My grandson couldn't believe how different it was than what he has had his entire life. If you are close to this place and used to love it as a kid, go. Highest recommendation to just go try it. You will not be disappointed.
Love this place! Cute interior great food and the staff is always above and beyond friendly and accommodating. Only took one star off because the radio had static fuzz on it, and when I said something they Shrugged it off. Otherwise always a tip top experience

I've been coming here since I moved to the Iron Mountain area almost 20 years ago. This is my favorite place for cheese curds and a bacon cheeseburger.The only downside is that this place isn't open all year but hey, I wouldn't want to stand outside and take orders in -30°F weather.
