Had a wonderful engagement dinner for my husband's cousin and his fiancee. The drinks were awesome and the food was amazing. Amazing food for a great price! I had the Texas Burrito and it was extremely tasty and filling. My husband had the Philly Burrito and said it was awesome! I definitely will be returning when I visit Michigan again! You definitely made the engagement dinner awesome for our smaller more intimate sized group and definitely made it a great memory for the newly engaged couple!
Came in on a Sunday, moderately packed. Not too bad and was seated immediately. Drinks order placed and brought out in less than 5 minutes, which was good. I ordered three tacos in flour shells with no cilantro, and my wife ordered Taquitos with beef and cheese added in. What I received was three corn tortillas, lots of green herbs, and disappointment. What my wife received were three taquitos with no cheese in the middle, hard like they were double deep fried (prepped in bulk, then finish-fried since there was no cheese in the middle), and lots of pico when asked for no pico. If the staff were having a bad day, I get it. But to mess up on the entire order is not good. Three stars for ambiance and kindness. 0 stars for food quality. Better to head to Taco Bell.

Did a takeout order on Saturday. OMG, the food was absolutely delicious. I wanted spicy, and this didn't disappoint. We definitely will be back. The salsa was one of the most flavorful salsas we have ever had. A very happy customer from Wisconsin.
As the owner of Engman's Haven House in Kingsford, I try to support local businesses when I can. But our experience at Carlos was a bad one.My friends and I went there hoping for a fun time, but it didn't turn out that way.First off, the service was super slow. It felt like forever just to order our food, and then even longer for it to come out. It made us feel impatient and not happy.When our food finally arrived, some of it was wrong. Like, we didn't get everything we ordered, and some stuff wasn't made the way we asked. We told the waiter, but they didn't fix it right away.And here's the bummer part: even when we talked to the manager about it, nothing changed. They didn't seem to care that we weren't happy with our meal. It made us feel ignored and kind of upset.Overall, I wouldn't suggest going to Carlos Cantina based on my experience. The slow service, mixed-up orders, and the fact that the manager didn't try to make things better left us feeling disappointed. Hopefully, they can improve in the future so other people don't have the same letdown.

Every single time I am here I leave satisfied. I've tried a lot of dishes and none of them have left me hungry. Banana margaritas are my favorite. Will visit everytime I'm in the home area. Service is always amazing.
