HORRIBLE customer service!! a employee named elliott his name tag says EL likes to text and harass customers, he also likes to throw your food at you. definitely don’t recommend coming here. most of the employees have horrible customer service. they need to get their workers under control. the store is very gross as well.. they don’t wear hair nets or gloves.

Culver's is a chain. So there is a baseline for flavors, quality, service, and atmosphere.
I will admit that I am not huge Culver's fan, but this particular day I wanted a burger during a long drive.
Service was excellent. The speed at making the burger was great. And the flavor was very good also. Not really a complaint, just a statement. I should have gone with a single rather than a double. It was just to much.
All I all, I am pleased. This experience helped to revive a franchise that was mostly dead to me. I'll stop again next time I'm going thru Iron Mountain

Honestly one of the best burgers in Iron Mountain. Food is always good, hot and fresh. And the people behind the counter are usually pretty happy and friendly. One of my go to place in Iron Mountain for a good burger.

Use the drive through for the fish on Friday. It was excellent.
Here all the time because I have kids. We choose Culvers because it’s better quality than other fast food options. However, this location has consistently forgotten parts of my online orders. Really frustrating. Train your staff to check orders before sending them out!
