Who says no one does the right thing anymore? A couple of days ago I ordered a small pizza which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the window it wasn't ready...hadn't even been made yet. I needed it for someone that would be on their hour lunch break so asked them to cancel the order as I couldn't wait. It was obvious that they were SLAMMED with orders (probably due to the weather). I didn't think twice and picked up something else. The next day I called in to place another order (same item) and was told that the pizza would be free. The manager had kept track of the cancelled order and instructed the next order for me was free. I showed up to get the order and tried to pay for it...they wouldn't take my money but told me that (as it says on the box) if you're not completely satisfied with your experience "we will make it right"...then apologized and thanked me for my business. Now THAT'S how you run a business! My thanks to that store manager for his attention and Dominos for their great pizza...looking forward to more.

Food was cold when we got it and also they forgot our sauce this was the second time we didnt have sauce and honestly i work in a fast food restaurant i get it. It gets busy but everytime we order sauce that we paid for you guys are always rude and never understanding. My husband is a disabled man that cant drive and i am out of town so when he asked for someone to bring it up the street they said yes we were gonna tip 20$ just for bringing it to him but instead they had him wait. Again this is the second time we will never be buying from dominos again. The food the cold and we had no sauce for or pizza or cinnamon rolls and those were cold as well.

Today I decided to give dominos another chance and I’m happy to say I will be back! Today Sara made my pizza and that was one of the best pizzas I’ve ordered! I was met at the drive thru window with a smile and kindness! Very happy with my expierence today! Thank you Sara and keep up the great work!!

We used Domino's to cater a lunch for over 120 people recently and they went out of their way to ensure an exceptional experience. Both the food and the service was great and we would use them for future orders. 45 pizzas picked up at 11am is a tall order, but they really came through. Thank you!

The majority of the time when I order pizza for delivery I typically get Wyatt. He is one of the nicest delivery people I ever had. Always service with a smile, I think this kid deserves a raise!! Best delivery guy ever!! Sure hope his bosses now how much our family appreciates his kindness
