I go here 2-4 times a week, occasionally get the wrong order lol, but not a huge deal, I just check before I drive off. Besides that, my breakfast sandwiches n coffee drinks are always great, staff is always polite n friendly, price is fair enough.

Brownsugar iced is amazing. They were very busy but still got us everything in a short time 2 large iced coffees 2 sandwiches and 2 loaded tots we were there maybe 10 minutes. As stated they were extremely busy and managed very well.

I ordered the chicken roasted red pepper wrap I couldn't even bite through whatever was in the wrap (pictured). Ordered the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it was given to me on sourdough. Thought the hash browns would be okay and they were soggy and soft. Instant appetite loss. On top of that every item was cold. Worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. If you don't want to work in fast food, don't, no one's forcing you.

Typically I don’t write bad reviews but I am tired of not getting what I paid for. I order the same thing everyday a signature iced caramel craze with extra Carmel. Today they gave me the wrong drink and I said it was wrong and the blonde girl said it was right and I know it wasn’t my order. Typically it has whipped cream and the cinnamon sugar on top it did not

I have been to this dunkin 3 times this week, each time is worse then the last. I order decafe and its either burnt or cold. I was told today they just brewed a new pot of decafe that was a lie my coffee was cold and burnt tasting yet again. You have lost a life long customer.

I am a major Dunkin fan but this Dunkin is rife with chronic errors when it comes to orders.
Repeatedly messing up drinks and food virtually every time.
Im not sure what the issue is at this location but as far as food quality and accuracy is concerned this is the worst location ive been to.
