Ordered an iced Mountain Mocha. I received iced milk with a bitter coffee flavor to it - zero sweetness, no other flavor. The service was friendly enough, but it doesn't make up for executing so poorly on a simple order.

I go to Edelweiss as often as I can because their drinks have such a quality taste and the staff are so friendly! I love their frozen Mountain Mocha and their iced mocha. Edelweiss coffee is always a great way to start the day!

Iced latte had no espresso taste. Asked for 2 shots of espresso to improve taste; was given 2 shots of cold coffee, not espresso. Will not be returning. Real coffee is found at Contrast Coffee in Iron Mountain.

The employees are always happy and cheerful. I always get what I order. And they are so good. My favorite coffee shop.

Usually love to come here but the last 2 times I've went here something has been tasting extremely off. Idk if the milk has been bad or what but I hope they figure out whatever the problem id

I wanted to give an updated review. My friend and me stopped in Saturday morning and the girls were amazing. They were very polite! Thank you for posting that review in your shop. They were super sweet and caring.I will be definitely recommending Edelweiss coffee when anyone wants a good drink with great service.Thank you*************Love going to this coffee shop. I have been going for years their food and drinks are very good.But the last couple weeks the girls have been very rude. I don't think I could have gotten more eye rolls and "are you done" this morning for ordering two drinks and two scones. I don't know what's going on but some of those girls need an attitude adjustment.I will change my review to better stars if the next time they are professional and just do their job otherwise I will go somewhere else.
