Wasn't great this time. Chicken sando was pretty dry like it had been waiting for me like a cat at the humane society. Unlike the humane society the people here don't care about the condition of the things they put out

Whoever the manager is at the store needs to be fired or reprimanded for not ordering in enough food and constantly out of things on Mondays. With no substitute for the same price. We decided to leave and not order anything. Don't plan on coming back anytime soon either. I'll drive to another city to go to Hardee's if I want to go to Hardee's. Super disappointed in this location.
Thw food was great and we got everything in a timely manner and everything was correct.

Ordered a number 5 for $13.49 no meat on the burger go back and ask the lady at the drive thru w kinda sandwich this is and she said a number 6 I said there is no f’n meat on this sandwich how is that $13 dollars poor service

The whole experience was very dissatisfying. Lack of proper customer service . Took long to be waited on . Took forever to get the food . The quality of the food was terrible ended up throwing 95% away . The malt I order was runny even the cool whip on top was runny not fluffy. Then I noticed the people who placed their orders on line came in and still had to wait for their food to be cooked while they waited . This establishment needs work in all areas . I dislike giving bad reviews. However if this is how service is daily it will lose money and be out of business .
